Looks like our first thread is almost full so thought I'd start a new one and link it.
The one where we head into the summer feeling lighter and hopefully on the right path x

I had my check in with the nurse, all going well and she suggested multi vitamins, anyone else taking them? I take vitamin D as that’s really low.

Could there be other factors at play? The time of your cycle etc? I have weeks where I’m up and down and feel hunger. I think it’s normal, personally. Being in a contestant calorie deficit is not sustainable. So I think our bodies show hunger signs. If you’re hungry definitely eat as that will help the nausea too. It’s similar to pregnancy nausea for me, you can’t let yourself get too hungry.
Then you will get back into a calorie deficit again.
As I said in my last post, after being away and eating three full meals a day, I’ve returned and barely been hungry this week. I’ve eaten way less than even the days before I was on holiday. No change to my dose, still on 2.5. And have lost weight again. It’s peaks and troughs, for sure.

Thank you, I am also wondering if it is a blip and just my body trying to keep with what is happening. My headache has gone today and I am not as hungry as I have been and even though the scales have not shown it this week my husband looked at me last night and said I was looking smaller all over. I have stuck to 3.75g again today and I am going to keep going as I am and see how this week goes.

I had to see the nurse this week to have an ulcer dressed and asked her to weigh me for their records. They were old scales and said 135. I was 138 in April and have definitely lost more than 3kg, it is 10kg by my own scales, so I told her not to record it as it couldn't be right. The April weigh was done on digital scales as she said it would be more accurate :( She couldn't find them this week.

I can't believe how far out they were.

I have definitely lost weight because I fit into things easier, I have gone down a size in trousers and tops.

7.5 is giving good suppression, some days I struggle to eat 1200 calories. I haven't manage to increase movement due to a bad knee and trapped nerve, but I am in a deficit every day.

I have been on multivits and vitamin D since covid, and also take prescribed iron and folic acid due to always having low levels in blood tests.

I have had a couple of days of very weird eating - under my calories but just not remembering and then eating, literally, half a duck I roasted which was in the fridge instead of cooking. and forgetting to drink. I know its because Im busy and have been trying to do too much - its a week until our pop up campsite opens at the farm and I had to run a workshop, plus just all over the place. Thios is where it goes wrong!
Suppression still good on 2.5 but keeping on top of tracking has gone a bit haywire

I have had a similar week of eating, it's been incredibly busy, I haven't stopped really -and too hot to eat or cook.

I had my pre holiday weight in this morning, and have hit another milestone, I am now under 11 stone, it felt great to see a new number on the scale. I fully expect this to have gone up by the time I get home in two weeks, but for the first time I feel really relaxed about this, as I know it will be temporary.

NettleTea · 18/07/2026 09:51

I put on the Toast dress and although my boobs are too tight (I didnt have a bra on so they were by my knees but I could sense where they would have been) the size 12 went on. which is a miracle as I am nmost definately not a size 12

Week 11 - 2lb (first 5mg dose this week)
Week 12 - 6lb
Week 13 + 2lb
Week 14 - 3lb

Starting weight: 15 stone 7lbs
Todays weight: 13 stone 4lbs

The peaks and troughs of weight loss. Up two last week, down three this week.
Onwards we go.

Well done everyone, everyone's doing such a great job. 🙂

NettleTea · 19/07/2026 09:50

week 13 jab and down 1.3kg this week, despite the weird eating

so a total loss of 14.2kg / 2 st 3 lbs

starting weight 14 st 11 lbs
current weight 12 st 8lbs

target weight is around the 9 - 9.5 stone. If I go over 10 st it impacts my lymphodema and my legs start swelling, then everything spirals from there - think its something to do with compression of lymph vessels in my groin

Hi!

SW 150
SW mounjaro 135.7
CW 122.1
-13.6kg in 14 weeks

past week lost -0.6kg, but it was a very strange week. I had stomach bug 2 days and then was SO hungry. Ate way over calorie allowance so deficit was very small across the week, was expecting to gain or maintain.
Very happy to have a new lower and loss!

Can’t believe I’ve lost 27.8kg in 10.5 months and got my BMI down from 48 to 38! and only 2.1kg away from a new weight bracket. 🎉

Body fat is going down too but still very high at 41%.

mounjaroatlast · Yesterday 15:25

10.9kg down today and at the weekend I had comments for the first time, had I lost weight... so people are now starting to notice.

Nettletea I have bad lymphodema as well, and as soon as I started on MJ the swelling in my ankles disappeared , it would be nice if the rest got better as well.

I spoke to my nurse today, and going to remain on 7.5 as still feeling suppression on it and losing.

Nurse explained that their old fashioned scales are rubbish and don't work. I do think they should stop using them...

Found old data on my fitbit app, in 2020 when covid started, I was 145kg, so I went from there to 137 over 6 years, and now down to 127 in 3 months thanks to the MJ.

I am now officially lighter than I was 18 years ago :)

thinkofsomethingdifferent · Today 15:45

Another 2lb down for me this week so now bang on the 10 stone mark, and still averaging the 2lb a week loss. My new 5mg pen arrives today, I plan to stick to this dose in hope that I achieve my 9 stone target.
