Got mine on preorder…. I’m excited and a little apprehensive… have two stone to lose.

I'm about to buy my 4th order. I'm currently on 4mg and for the first 2 weeks, I had constant nausea and a really dry mouth. I've lost slow and steady and am now a stone down from when I started. Not sure whether to stick to the 4mg or move up. The thought of going through side effects again is off putting, but I'm worried I'll stop losing if I continue on 4mg. I have about another 10lbs to go. Any suggestions or advice?

I had to quit. I think for a long time I never felt quite right, but not enough for it to register as a side effect. I literally couldn't eat anything "healthy" only bread chocolate and coke zero. Then 14 days into the 9mg I felt so sick before even taking the tablet, it was like my body fully rebelled and rejected it. I've not taken one for 6 days now, I feel like me old self again, back to eating Greek yoghurt, chia seeds, nuts, salad etc. I wouldn't mind but I'd already swapped suppliers and had ended up buying another batch of the 9mg. So that was money well spent!

I got 9lbs down in the 2.5months - so a rather expensive experiment for me.

It's amazing to hear how much others have lost and how well they have done. Sadly this is not the fix for me - so off back to the drawing board.

I went from 4mg to 9mg after my weight loss slowed down, and didn’t have much in the way of side effects - very mild nausea for an hour or so after taking the dose every morning for a couple of weeks. However, the weight loss hasn’t sped up that much and I’m not convinced it was worth it. I have been losing weight at around 4/5 pounds a month and am now down almost 32 pounds since the beginning of March without feeling as if I’m dieting as such, though I am careful to track my calories since it’s so easy to exceed your intake by eating small amounts of calorie-dense food. If you are actually losing, even slowly, and what you are doing now suits you, you done necessarily need to do it faster.

Don’t not done! Sorry - iPad won’t let me edit the post for some reason.

it sounds like a few of us are feeling the same.

I’m ok with the 9mg, but the dose increase hasn’t been as big as the jump to 25, although 1.5 to 4 is not much less.

i think I’ll stick to the 9mg for another month. I’m happy with the appetite control and ok with the steady loss. Then up to 25 mg if it slows down.

I’m not even eating what I’d consider a lot, although I’m very sedentary apart from weights 3x a week. like pp have said I seem to have lost the ability to eat bulky fibre- I used to eat a lot of salad, chia, and high fibre foods to fill me up but am finding that difficult to face now.

Thanks all, I think I'm going to try another month on the 4mg and hope.for a continued slow but steady loss.
