Got mine on preorder…. I’m excited and a little apprehensive… have two stone to lose.

@bananaobama, same for me! The 1.5mg did definitely make me eat less at the beginning, but now I don't really feel the effects - I had a few days of being incredibly tired too. I've lost 2lb over 3 weeks which isn't spectacular; we were away on holiday for about half of that eating out a lot, but I did make better choices and did a lot of exercise, so was really hoping for a better loss.

@user1468915974 I'm shopping around at the moment too, I'd prefer to move up to 4mg which is £119 with Bolt (my subscription rate) but looking into it, I could buy it for around £80 elsewhere. My theory is that I could swap every month to take advantage of the new, cheaper rates, and then hope that it'll be cheaper in general by the time I run out of suppliers Grin

Juniper have offered me the Wegovy 4mg pill for £89 (1st month) whereas Bolt aren't budging from £119. I'd rather stay with Bolt as it's less hassle but there are savings to be made if you shop around!

Well having eaten like a horse all day, I made a last second switch to the 9mg. It's costing me a small fortune on Voy £209! So anywhere has to be cheaper in my case 😳

Florabella · 24/08/2026 19:13

This is the first day that I have felt hungry on the 4mg. I debated changing to 9mg today, but am going to stay on it for another month. Hope I’m not making a mistake!

Roundisashape · 25/08/2026 07:03

I'll be interested to see how you get on florabella. I think I panicked. As I literally felt nothing on 1.5 after about 7 days, and I could just see me going the same way with 4. I thought I'd not eaten much on hols, but clearly I had. And yesterday I was rummaging in every cupboard. And mostly coming up empty handed until I ate a whole bar of dark chocolate (so many people say they can only eat a couple of squares of dark choc - turns out I'm not one of them!)

Hi all, feeling a bit disappointed with my loss this month after staying on the 1.5mg. I have just ordered the 4 and am hoping for great things!

Did anyone have any side effects when moving up? I was lucky with the previous dose but a bit anxious now....

Same! Apart from feeling a bit fuller after a meal on 4mg I seem to be able to eat everything in sight when the mood takes me. Have got 9mg ready to take tomorrow morning - feel a bit nervous of the side effects I might get but I'm wasting my time and money on 4mg.

It's really easy to shop around for a cheaper deal. I started on 1mg with Super drug, went to Bolt for 4mg and will go to Zava next for the 9mg.

AgentStrawberryFields · 26/08/2026 13:48

I've paused my Bolt subscription @Henowner and am currently shopping around for 4mg; they did offer me £5 off but I'm sure I can get a better deal!

chalkyc2 · 29/08/2026 08:05

I’ve just started my 4mg today - 10 days early as the second month of 1.5 has been rubbish - I’ve been rubbish!! Hoping for more focus 😬😬

LittleGreenDragons · 29/08/2026 08:55

I've finally succumbed and ordered my first lot. It should be coming soon as I was approved last night. I am hoping to reduce my weight but my main push is for pain relief from my auto immune conditions. I've been reading good things so fingers crossed!

StickyPits · 29/08/2026 09:22

I’m coming to the end of my first month on 4mg. My portion size is better, I feel quite unwell if I try to eat more than I should, and I’m not snacking. I find I am craving sweet stuff more than I used to do but it’s only really translating into having a bit of honey with my plain yogurt or a couple of squares of dark chocolate so I can live with that. I’ve lost 2kg in 2 months so I’m pleased with that. No one has noticed but I can see my clothes sitting better on my body. Have decided to stick with 4mg for the third month rather than move up to 9mg as I’m happy with how it’s working out.
