Hey lovely ladies

Let’s carry on supporting each other.

Hi, had to post here about Janety behaviour.

Walked past alpha neighbour who I can’t be bothered pretending to like, she said “You look amazing now you’ve lost SO much weight, how are you feeling?” So I’m now about the same size 10 as her. Which she has maintained through the last 20 years with having kids etc.

So I grin, “I feel amazing, thanks.”

I mean, it is hilarious, just wonder how intentional is Janet behaviour, or maybe she has no idea.

TheSpoonyNavyReader · 30/04/2026 18:59

I thought I would update you all.

I have now lost 5 stone and feel incredible all through this I have had my boobs stay the same until I lost the last stone, even with implants they looked like a dogs dinner.

So I have booked a lift and new implants and I am having the surgery in 2 weeks!

@TheSpoonyNavyReader Onwards and upwards, congratulations on all of it, especially your new additions 😁

Hi all
Feeling slightly like a failure but I'm back. I called it at 159lbs as I'd gone from a snug 16 to a def 14 and mostly a 12. Felt great. Had one pen left which inwas micro dosing 2.5mg every 8-9 days..

However the scales were slowly increasing and have settled around 166-167lbs in recent weeks. Worse than that i feel like my eating is out of control despite the low dose.

So I've ordered another pen. 5mg. I'm not going to take 5mg straight away though as I know I'll get stomach issues (nausea and constipation) and I don't want to go there again. So going to take 2.5mg every 7 days to see if it takes the edge off. If not I'll increase slightly.

I'm still wearing my sz12 jeans but starting to notice I'm more fluffy and I want to feel great again.

Target is 150lbs - that was my original target anyway but this time I want to get there. While continuing to run as much as I do. I'm also going to establish a gym routine. Finally!

So here we go 💪

Puddingpiper · 03/05/2026 17:49

@AddictedtoCrunchiesim in a similar position to you. When you did last order a pen were you able to get a
new one easily enough

AddictedtoCrunchies · 03/05/2026 17:56

@Puddingpiperi last ordered in early January so I'm keeping everything crossed they let me have another one. I did add a note to say I'd been using up my stockpile but it's not been approved yet. Just have to wait. And hope. Not sure what i will do otherwise.

AddictedtoCrunchies · 05/05/2026 12:47

@PuddingpiperI've got a new pen approved. Had to provide some evidence of previous orders but it's been accepted now. Relief.

GameOfJones · 06/05/2026 07:47

Hi all, just popping on to say I'm still here and still maintaining after stopping MJ last September. I weigh myself once a week and am currently at 10st 5lbs. I like to not go above my goal weight of 10st 7lbs so a couple of lbs in the bank is all good. That gives me a BMI of 23 (down from 32) which feels right for me.

My eating is SO much better even than when I was on MJ. I really have changed my relationship with food and now I do 16:8 fasting and eat mainly whole food, reduced UPF. That has made maintenance actually pretty easy and I feel so much better. I actually cried to DH last night for the person I was before as I didn't realise how truly awful I felt when I was obese. I just feel sorry for old me and annoyed with myself that it took me until I'm almost 40 to learn that eating proper, whole food is the way forward!

northernlight20 · 06/05/2026 08:22

Finally reached goal, the last few pounds has taken nearly a month!
sw 114.4kg
cw 56.8kg
officially in maintenance now.
hope everyone is ok

Fabulous and well done @GameOfJones @northernlight20 , I m trying to go it alone, gives me hope I might be able to, I try hard in the week, stick to 16/8 no upfs, then Fri to sun I don't go mad but I am looser with things, consequently I bob up and down about 2 or 3 pounds. Id rather not have to think about it but being off it means I have to.

Fatmumslim01 · 06/05/2026 19:32

Wow @GameOfJones and @northernlight20 what am amazing achievement!

I finally dipped under 10 stone today yay with the scales saying 9 stone 13. It's more (less 😂) than I ever dreamed possible, although I'd still like another 1 or 1.5 stone to go which would put me at a BMI of around 23 I believe. I'm only 5 foot hence the seemingly low numbers.

SW 14-7 BMI 40
CW 9-13 BMI 27
GW 8-7 BMI 23

Bipaloss · 08/05/2026 07:25

Morning all

@northernlight20 huge congrats what an achievement !!!! Good luck with new phase of maintenance

been bouncing up and down since holiday and looking back I lost 1kg on 6 weeks on being back on 7.5 😩

now on 10mg for 5 weeks before moving up to last highest dose of 12.5

I look at it this way after restarting I’ve lost 6/7 kg (about a st) that I had regained so not all waisted but MJ has not been working same way as it used to , I do have suppression but food noise is more there this time around and I find myself not eating as healthy so need to work on that !

still 2st to go 🫩

Aboutmeabouttime · 08/05/2026 07:57

Congrats to those reaching goals - some amazing efforts!!

I'm up to 3.75mg (from 2.5mg) and have def noticed a change in my hunger levels. Only one day in but feeling back in control.

northernlight20 · 13/05/2026 17:23

First week of maintenance, this is much harder than I actually anticipated. I was really looking forward to upping my calories but I’m struggling to do that, (not because I couldn’t, but it’s a mental block) and I’ve now dropped to 55.8kg. How have people managed with the mental part of eating more after eating in a deficit for 14months. Very scared of putting weight on now and it’s stopping me from eating in maintenance.

Fairfaxandflavor · 13/05/2026 19:01

@northernlight20 , I know exactly what you mean,be careful, I went way lower than I should have, I think because I have never lost weight so easily and it was kind of addictive to keep going, then I wavered between taking mj and not.ive not taken a dose for about a month now because I know that's the sensible thing to do,
I still have the urge to keep being in a deficit like you, even though the hunger is back,so I keep strict m to f,then justify being a bit free at the weekend,it seems to be keeping things stable but that's how I'm managing.

India4 · 13/05/2026 20:45

oh that must warm the heart, makes things worthwhile

Ur right, it’s addictive to see the scales go down. In maintenance there’s just no excitement, which has shocked me because all along I’ve kept saying I can’t wait to eat more. I’ve got some protein shakes in and will make more effort because I definitely don’t want to lose more.

Have you gone down a dose yet, if not may be it’s time (just take your time while doing it and find the dose that sits best for a while). When I had my break it took about 2 weeks after last dose for the hunger pangs to arrive , didn’t make a difference when I went from 12.5 to 7 or 3 although I did that over a space of 6 weeks.

Yeah, I’ve been slowly going down the doses and this week went down to 5mg, I do get hungry, just have a mental block about eating up to maintenance calories.

Ahh I get what you mean and no advice here really as you had such a large weight loss and the change in mindset has clearly happened. do some trial and error of how often, what etc and also incorporate the occasional healthy treat (watched on FB reel someone who put the protein mousse in freezer today to create a healthier protein heavy ice cream) to balance it perhaps or upping carbs slightly (as that apparently creates more hunger) It’s so difficult isn’t it it’s almost like weight is controlled by our minds more than our stomach (it technically is but hopefully you get what I mean 🤣)

I’m sure you will find a balance in no time!

Oh I know what you mean. I’m trying to educate myself on maintenance and it’s a minefield. I’ll get there

Fairfaxandflavor · 14/05/2026 15:23

@northernlight20 , I eat carbs if I want at the weekend, and have a glass of wine if I want to,it usually results in a gain of a couple of pounds, probably inflammation, then I spend the week doing 16/8 , and being strict and protein heavy/carb free,no alcohol and watching the scales come back down again,it seems to work as you get to the hit of losing the couple of pounds you gained, and because I've completely changed the way I eat and what I eat it's actually easy to do without mounjaro, I just wish I'd realised earlier I was going too low. I couldn't bear to put back on the couple of stone I really need to,as I panic when the scales go up,and whereas previously I wouldn't have been able to get the numbers back down, now I know I can, I kept taking mounjaro for too long as well thinking if I came off the weight would come thundering back on but it hasn't,the Hunger is there for sure but I've trained myself to fast and eat completely different food,so find it ok. I would think it's a lot harder for people who just ate the same but less.
