E: 5k run

B: porridge with coco powder, chia seeds, peanut butter powder, pear, raspberries and a few crystallised ginger (so good)

E: cycle to work

s: Americano with coconut milk

L: Tuna mayo, 2 eggs, iceberg and baby tomatoes drizzle of sweet chilli sauce

E: cycled home

D: gnocchi soup and two bits of garlic bread

S: square of raspberry dark chocolate and a golden kiwi

Trying very hard to increase my fibre!

S: couple of protein bars, piece of DS’s gluten and dairy free cookie thing, surprisingly edible

D: chilli, jacket potato, coleslaw. Protein yogurt with a kiwi and a plum

I have not been wasting all that well for the past couple of weeks, as I got hit by PMS and lack of sunshine and bad sleep, and slipped into not eating enough early in the day and eating high calorie but lower nutrient stuff in the evenings, but I'm getting back on track, because I do not feel good eating that way.

Yesterday:
B: 2 kiwi fruit and an M&S protein yogurt
L: Huel
S: clear protein shake, Graze chocolate and vanilla bar and some olives.
D: bibimbap

I've already made today's lunch and snacks, so today will involve more real food.

B: collagen coffee, and a normal coffee
L: sourdough, hummus, ham, olives, chopped up pepper and a bag of lentil crisps
Sn: an apple
D: chicken fajita with guacamole, cheese and salsa in, followed by an oreo ice cream

Today

Maintenance 13 days since last jab and defo feeling more hungry (3.75mg)

E: 30 min walk and got an americano on the way. Then cycled to work

B: 0% Greek yog, tsp maple syrup, frozen raspberries and fast800 beetroot brownie, americano with coconut milk

L: left over potato and chickpea massaman with broccoli

E: cycled home

D: baked potato with butter, cabbage, broccoli, quorn nuggets

S: golden kiwi, square dark chocolate

Week 9, day 6, 5mg
B: protein granola, fat free greek yogurt and frozen fruit, two coffees, one containing collagen
L: 60g sourdough, two slices of ham, some hummus, handful of tomatoes, block of cucumber and some olives, bag of lentil crisps
D: homemade chicken curry and basmati rice
Sn: pain aux raisin from local bakery, which was delicious!
E: 10,500 steps

Week 37, 10mg, 45 pound down

B....1 Weetabix with milk and raisins on top

L...packet of cooked sliced chicken and a bag of twiglets. Not the best lunch! A few haribo sweets, maybe 4-5.

D...our for dinner 😁
Salmon fillet in a hollandaise sauce (feel a bit sick now) mixed veg no potatoes. One bite of cake. Large glass of 0% wine. Large coffee.

E: yoga, Pilates
B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
L: chilli and garlic prawns, red peppers, mushrooms, an apple
D: 2 slices of the most mediocre pizza ever (and I’m never a big fan anyway!😂)
S: an apple
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, 3 glasses red wine

Thursday - wk76, day 1, 5mg (maint wk26)
E: core conditioning
B: 2 sausages, 2 fried eggs, baked beans, toast
D: steak, chips, cauliflower cheese, sprout puree, an apple
S: salt and pepper cashews, an apple
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, 2 glasses red wine

Yesterday - wk 86, day 2, 5mg (maint wk26)
E: spin, Pilates, yoga
B: croissant and jam
D: chicken stirfry, an apple
S: salt and pepper cashews, 4 celebrations
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, 2 g&ts, spiced rum, negroni, red wine
Booze is def back in my life and this time of year is so full of social stuff it’s really hard not to🤦🏼‍♀️ Out again tonight 🤷‍♀️

S: large cracker thing with cheese

D: duck, orange/red peppers, mushrooms, fresh tagliatelle in a creamy sauce, kind of a stroganoff vibe. Very nice too, haven’t had duck for ages. Contemplating a pud of some description but I don’t really need it so best not.

Yikes! I did have bad reflux last night - putting that down to the peppers as I know they bother a lot of people, but maybe it was the duck! Good/bad news is there’s some left over so I’m having it for lunch today and will see what happens..

Can I join pls? Day 2 2.5mg & just feeling my way with food! It seems there’s a huge difference between how much people can eat.
yesterday for me:
2 tbsp Greek yogurt, blue berries, seeds, granola
1 egg omelette, chorizo, mushroom, cheese- ate in 2 sittings
1/2 stuffed pepper- mince & little rice.
2 roses chocolates
½ pot protein yoghurt
loads of water
3 coffees

Welcome @cobblers00 . We are all on different strengths and at different stages so food will look different for everyone. I remember when I'm first started 8 months ago I could barely eat whereas now 8 months in although I'm on alot higher dose I can eat more than I did in the early days but I'm still losing around a pound a week which I'm happy with. I'm just over 3 stone down in 8 months with another 2-3 stone to go.

Here's yesterday's

Brunch...slice of sourdough toast with half an avocado, feta and chilli oil..I'm obsessed with chilli oil at the moment!

We then went out for the afternoon so when we're out I had a brown sugar bubble tea and shared a takeaway chicken chow mein with DH

Hi @cobblers00! Everyone is different and on different doses/different points along the way etc. You’ll also find that effects change so whilst you may be able to put away a relatively decent amount of food one week (day!), it may all be different the following one!

Wk 76, day 4, 5mg (maint wk 26)
E: rest day
B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon, whole grain rye toast
L: burger and chips from the exceptional van at a local rugby club! An apple
D: cheddar, crackers, chilli jam, sweet chilli beetroot, an apple
S: apples, too many Celebrations🤦🏼‍♀️
Usual supplements, green tea, 3 litres of water, 2 glasses red wine

Have had about 7 hours sleep in the last 60 and a detox week is now needed before things REALLY step up in the run up to Christmas! 😂

Morning: 3 cups of coffee
Afternoon: 3 cups of camomile tea
Evening: couple of slices of pizza, a few onion rings 2 pints of water

I usually eat a lot better in the evenings. Lots of plant protein.

Dinner - lucky lettuce (minced chicken with veg in a Chinese sauce wrapped round with iceberg lettuce)

B: banana
L: protein wrap with prawns, avo & mayo- eaten in two sittings
D: beef & bean casserole - way smaller portion than I’d normally have!
1/4 protein yoghurt pot, raspberries, chia seeds
S: 3 quality st
3 coffees, loads of water
bad headache kicked in last night & still here this morning - wondering if it’s the much reduced sugar in my intake? I used to chug orange juice & not as any since started.
E: 1hr dog walk
