@IReallyNeedThisToWork i don’t think yours look as bad as mine… it’s so funny how hard we are on ourselves - I’ve lost weight again this week so clearly I’m not snacking too much!

Today’s food…

B: pear, chia, chocolate porridge with PB fit powder and shaved coconut

E: 18k run (ate 2 Percy pigs before and 3 energy gels during)

S: electrolytes, protein shake

L: 3 slices left over home made veggie pizza, massive salad with sprinkle of pumpkin seeds and tahini dressing

S: Cappucino and carrot cake (in a cafe)

D: spicy halloumi rice, 2 bits garlic bread

S: bottle of beer, mini crunchie

Friday - wk 79, day 2, 5mg (maint wk 29)
E: spin, yoga, Pilates
B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
D: steak and sprout puree
S: cheddars, an apple
Usual supplements, green tea, 3 litres of water, g&ts, half a bottle of port 🤦🏼‍♀️ (went very well with the cheddars though! 😂)

Yesterday - wk 79, day 3, 5mg (maint wk 29)
E: spin, 14,389 steps (and loads of stairs😫)
B: eggs royal
L: stick of droewars
D: cheddar and thins, an apple
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, too many g&ts!!

I was told that somebody made a comment about me being ‘thin’ and it’s really bugging me! I am 5ft, 8 1/2 stone (54kgs) and well muscled. I cannot see how I am ‘THIN’! (Yes, I am a major linguistic overthinker but this has really lodged in my head!).

@IReallyNeedThisToWork maybe they are just jealous… why people feel the need to comment on our people’s bodies though I just don’t know.

Today’s food - final day of normality before Xmas hits!

E: 5k walk then cycled to work
S: skinny cappuccino
B: sticky toffee baked oats, Greek yog. Rasps, PB fit powder, Americano with coconut milk
L: creamy sprout salad, 2 hard boiled eggs

E: cycled home
D: butter bean and veg pie with filo pastry (made by my 14 yr old - so good!)

E: 2 x Pilates (yes, I’m an addict!)

L: olives, a PiB with honey and mustard sauce, garlic bread, smoked sirloin, cabbage with blue cheese sauce, broccoli, bone marrow mash
S: chocolate biscuits (didn’t count how many! 😂)
Usual supplements, water, tea etc, red wine, 1/2 glass of bubbles (fell asleep)

Jab done last night as usual. Bring on the Christmas dinner!!!

I’ve probably eaten more food today than I have in over a year!
Brunch: Saltfish fritters and some leftover ham
1pm: 2 squares of Turkish delight and some more ham
3pm: leftover Parmesan parsnips, some ham and leftover beef
6pm: a caramel bar and some sausage rolls
7:30: some more fucking ham

i generally eat twice a day and am busy. Today I’ve grazed and eaten a lot of leftovers and no real vegetables and barely moved!! Most unlike me but it’s been thoroughly enjoyable, I basically stuck to my normal eating pattern yesterday plus 2 glasses of wine.

@IReallyNeedThisToWork you have been so good tracking all over Xmas. I ate so much - probably about half a Xmas cake and I enjoyed every mouthful!! Currently 5 lbs up but still in my goal range and expecting it to drop off fairly fast!

O had a really good Christmas, first one on MJ and loved the freedom around food, and just enjoying small portions of lovely food.

Here's today's food...

9 months in no idea on weeks 😂
12.5mg, 51 pound down.

B...yogurt pouch. Loving these at the moment they keep me full. I alternate between Mango protein one I can't remember the brand, and a "collective" blueberry and one. Today was blueberry and oat.

L.... subway plain chicken and salad sub. Ate all this. Loved it!

D....m and s ready meals of chilli chicken ramen only 300 calories not that I track.

S...one "Tony's chocoloney" bite size chocolate from a multi pack (sort of advent calendar size)

I think I’m on week 50, have lost 5 1/2 stone and well within maintenance weight but for some reason determined to make it 6! I’ve been messing around over the past month and we’ve been on holiday but back on track from yesterday.
