E: dog walk (full of cough and cold and the gym was shut!)
B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon, rye toast
L: smoked mackerel and cowboy caviar, an apple
D: leftover roast chicken and bubble, 2 yorkies
S: handful of crisps

Tuesday - wk 79, day 6, 5mg (maint wk29)
E: spin, Pilates, pump
B: pre-gym - seeded toast and butter
post-gym - scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
L: cowboy caviar, cheddar, sweet chilli thins, chilli jam, an apple
D: chicken shawarma, peppers, onions, turmeric rice, an apple
S: honey roast cashews, an apple, chocolate Nice biscuits!
Usual supplements, water, tea etc, red wine
Christmas Eve - wk 79, day 7, 5mg (maint wk 29)
E: 2 x Pilates (yes, I’m an addict!)
B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
L: olives, a PiB with honey and mustard sauce, garlic bread, smoked sirloin, cabbage with blue cheese sauce, broccoli, bone marrow mash
S: chocolate biscuits (didn’t count how many! 😂)
Usual supplements, water, tea etc, red wine, 1/2 glass of bubbles (fell asleep)
Jab done last night as usual. Bring on the Christmas dinner!!!
