E: 3.5k run, yoga
B: Turkish breakfast (see pic!)
L/D/S: an apple, crisps, pistachios, almonds
Most of the usual supplements, 2 litres of water, rose, beer, red

Week 11, day 4, 5mg

B: two coffees, one containing collagen and a protein yogurt
L: scrambled egg on toast with two slices of bacon and a mango & raspberry smoothie
Sn: a single cold chipolata
D: homemade lasagne with salad, followed by an oreo mini ice cream
Lots of squash & one decaf coffee

Wk 78, day 1, 5.5mg (ish) (maint wk 28)
E: rest day for the unhappy knee!
B: boiled eggs, cheese, tomatoes, bread
D: chicken with nuts and apricots, rice and a spoonful of mash
S: small bowl of crisps in a bar, an apple
Most of my usual supplements, 2 litres of water, rose wine
Dental surgery complete! Soft foods only for the next few days😫

Maintenance wk 14

B: chocolate, chia, pear porridge with PB fit powder
L: falafel salad (couldn’t finish) massive Cappucino
D: 1/2 homemade veggie pizza with dipping sauce
S: home popped popcorn, few dark chocolate chips, 0% beer

No exercise forcing myself to take a rest day!

@Incognitoburrito88 indeed I am. Bit of a holiday too though as the sun is lovely and being in shorts in December is fab!! All good thanks.

E: walking. No high impact, weights or upside down stuff allowed for a while 😫
B: boiled eggs and bread
D: crumbly cheese, bread and tomatoes
S: crisps and pistachios (slightly challenging!)
Most of my usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, rose, couple of beers

Dreadful day nutrition wise! Jaw pain not too bad but chewing ability is definitely reduced! May try something more tasty later🤞

B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon (good to be home!!)
L: a croissant
D: pitta and hummus, roast chicken, roast potatoes, roast baby carrots, stuffing ball, Yorkshire pud, spoonful of cauli cheese, 1/2 roast onion, gravy, cheese
S: an apple
Usual supplements, 2 litres of water, green tea, red wine, 2 glasses of port

B: sourdough, protein peanut butter and banana, one collagen coffee, one normal coffee
L: sourdough ham and cheese toastie, lentil crisps and a clementine
D: leftover chicken curry, few spoons chickpea curry and egg fried rice
Sn: a maoam sweet and an mini oreo ice cream

Very carby day. And delaying tonight’s injection as a bit under the weather.

Here’s yesterday - it was jab day after 14 days but I didn’t jab until bedtime… Maintenance 2.5mg

B: 0% Greek yog, apple, non UPF muesli

L: 3 slices left over homemade veggie pizza, big salad with drizzle of sweet chilli sauce

E: 1 hr bodypump

D: glass prosecco, seafood linguine (didn’t quite finish), toffee and tablet sundae (omg this was so good), Cappucino and small chocolate that came with it.

Aiming for five very consistent days now before next weekends eating!!

L: smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwich on Jason’s sourdough, salad with a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce, small orange

D: tofu butter chicken gnocchi, mini naan, mango chutney, broccoli

S: kiwi, few dark choc chips, mini crunchie

E: cycled to and from work

B: protein granola, frozen fruit & fat free greek yogurt, one collagen coffee, one normal coffee
L: cheddar and marmite english muffin topped with scrambled egg
Sn: 20g cheese savoury snacks and a mini mince pie
D: homemade spag bol with mushrooms, celery, carrot and onion in
Sn: mini oreo ice cream
E: 30 mins of netball

Not enough veg. And lots of snacks… but within my daily calories, so that’s something. Will try harder tomorrow.

D: (was meant to have steak but too full. See snack section!!) Stilton and thins
S: handful of sweet chilli sensations, too many chocolate coated custard creams. Who the hell invented these?!? I can never have them in my house again 😫

Omg! I’ve been so snacky today - coming on here to ‘fess up’

E: cycled to work

S: skinny Cappucino

B: 0% Greek yog, apple, passion fruit, non upf muesli

L: roasted sprouts with onion, sun dried tomatoes, feta and brown rice

E: cycled home then 5k run

D: bake with courgette, egg, feta and mozzarella with salad (from Filling meals on instagram - it was lovely)

S: (where it all went wrong) 2 fruit pastilles, gummy sweet, kiwi with choc chips and a drizzle of PB fit powder, slice of ‘healthy’ sticky toffee banana bread - it was amazing - had to immediately freeze the rest

@Incognitoburrito88 but your snacks aren’t huge, there’s just a few of them..& not of any great nutritional value. But, overall your diet looks really healthy so def don’t beat yourself up! I wouldnt even remember eating 2 fruit pastilles to log them!!
Me today - w3, day 4, 2.5mg
E: 45 min brisk dog walk
B: Greek yogurt, fruit, seeds & nuts
L: 3 salmon sushi bites, banana, 4 m&s mini roast chicken sausages (they are v good!!)
D: tiny jacket, chicken & spinach mayo
1 g&t, 3 coffees, loads of water
S: 2 more mini sausages!
struggling to get enough calories & veg in still!
@IReallyNeedThisToWorkwell done- that is an insane amount of exercise.. were you at the gym all day?!!

Cowboy caviar Is a bean salad! Make a HUGE bowl a week and love it!!

@cobblers00 and @cheekysausage123 thanks for the reassurance - I’m finding maintenance hard mentally and although this is my favourite thread seeing how little some people eat makes me feel greedy which I know is silly because I don’t want to lose any more!!

Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, Diet Coke, 2 glasses white wine

S: Bottle of beer! Left over salad. Brought a crunchie through and then forgot to eat it!
