Hi Everyone - I have been back on track since Saturday but not had the energy to write it all down!! I’m jabbing 2.5mg every 2 wks and am now 9 days post jab and definitely feeling more hungry - I think my period is also due!

S: 2 dates
E: 5k run (it was sooo cold)
B: banana, cocoa and chia seed porridge (got full and didn’t finish)
E: cycled to work
L: left over halloumi rice bake, sugar snap peas and broccoli
E: half hour walk
S: 25g dried apricots and 1/4 bag Starbucks cheese puff things - these are like crack cocaine - very high protein but not sure I dare buy them again!
E: cycled home
D: veg chilli with Greek yog and grated cheddar - left some of my rice as was full
S: 1/2 apple, golden kiwi, tsp peanut butter powder, square 70% dark chocolate

Tuesday - wk 81, day 6, 5mg (maint wk 31)
E: spin, pump
B: pre-spin - rye toast and cream cheese, post spin - scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon, rye toast
D: chicken stir fry, an apple
S: apple, handful of crisps
Usual supplements, green tea, 3 litres of water, red wine

Today, wk 81, day 7, 5mg (maint wk 31)
E: Pilates
B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon, rye toast
L: egg and bacon sandwich, crisps, an apple
D: sweet chill hot smoked salmon, salad, chunk of smoked cheddar, an apple
S: honey roast peanuts and cashews
Usual supplements, green tea, 3 litres of water, Diet Coke (meal deal!)

Fed up with the snacking/ grazing and increasing weight so have taken 7.5 tonight! Let’s see if it shuts it down!

Is the 7.5mg working well for you @IReallyNeedThisToWork? I have a lot of food noise at the moment. I think all my sugar receptors have been unregulated over Christmas 😢

E: cycled to work
B: chia seed, almond milk, kiwi, Greek yog and weetabix and small sprinkle of granola - this was weird and not that good! Americano with coconut milk
L: chilli salmon fillet, broccoli, sugar snap peas, rocket, picked cabbage and pickled onions
S: few dried apricots
E: cycled home
D: vegan steak pie, boiled potatos, cauliflower
S: Tiny portion of special Christmas nut mix and 1 date

@Incognitoburrito88 only the first day but I would say yes so far. No food noise and am absolutely stuffed 3 hours after a stirfry of chicken and veg. Ditto to the sugar receptors being disrupted over Christmas and I’m up 7lbs from my happy place. I reckon I could possibly have stuck with the 5 and powered on but I’m drinking too much as well and that has to stop!

Back doing this because found it helped me make better choices last time 🙂 gained 2lb over christmas but all off now

Today's been-

Exercise - fitbit tells me ive done 8,600 steps; had 58 active minutes and done 12 floors

Foodwise-

B- bag of mini bbq chicken Skewers, a protein yogurt
L - bowl of carrot and coriander soup, bot of baguette
Snack - a shortbread biscuit, handful red pepper pitta chips
T- hunters chicken, homemade wedges. Grapes afterwards
Plenty of water 💧

Week 15, day 6, 5mg
B: protein yogurt and coffee with collagen
L: leftover roast veg, roast chicken, hummus, olives and slice of sourdough
Sn: lentil crisps
D: crispy lamb, leftover roast veg and baby spinach wrap followed by small fruit and nut chocolate
Sn: 3 cups of teas

@IReallyNeedThisToWork i hope it works for you - I’m sure it will. It doesn’t look like you are eating a huge amount from your food diaries

I’m 12 days post jab and food noise is loud! Looking forward to dampening it down a bit when I jab on Sunday evening.

E: 30 minute walk - too icy to run!
B: bannana, chia seed, cocoa and Peanut powder porridge with almond milk and a sprinkle of coconut shaves
E: 5.5km run on the treadmill followed by 20 minute swim - all while the 4 yr old was in her classes!
S: protein powder with almond milk and strawberries
L: Costa - tomato soup, vegan cheese and ‘ham’ toastie, small iced caramel latte
D: 1/2 homemade veggie pizza with broccoli, cherry toms, beetroot and kimchi and some dipping sauce
S: handful of sweet potato tortilla chips, square dark choc, toffee penny and a bottle of beer!

this looks like so much! I am in maintenance but wouldn’t mind losing a couple of pounds - maybe next week 😆

Week 17, 22kg down
I'm currently on 5mg as I have very strong suppression; I struggle to eat 1200kcal a day. I'm considering decreasing my dose.

Yesterday
B: boiled egg, raw spinach, 1/2 raw pepper
L: 100g greek yogurt with pomegranate seeds and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
D: salmon with sumac, spinach and tender stem broccoli
É: yoga, 10k steps, 30min resistance training
S: 100g edamame beans
2L water and my usual collagen about 7 cups of black coffee, no sugar.

@Earthlover I’m in maintenance and have absolutely no suppression - very glad it’s Jab day tomorrow. apparently I have 0.5mg in my system now and I don’t feel it’s doing a lot!

E: Bodypump

B: Yeo valley kefir pot, blob of Greek yogurt, 1/2 kiwi, 1/2 apple, 25g non upf museli, sprinkle home made granola

D: butter tofu one pan gnocchi, 1/3rd naan bread, 1/2 slice homemade bread with butter (toddlers left overs!)

I appear to have gained a pound this week so jabbing 2.5mg tonight and going to have six super on it days before I go out for a 10 course tasting menu for my birthday next Sunday!!

dinner: roast duck, roasted veg, green beans then had 4 squares of milka chocolate and half a tub of mango

have found it surprisingly difficult to get back into my usual eating after Christmas, I think it’s the cold weather as I’ve been so happy on salad lunches until recently. Craving warm comfort food.

lunch: vegetable soup and some mango after
Dinner: chicken, roasted broccoli and kale, roasted new potatoes and a lot of slow roasted garlic which always upsets my stomach but doesn’t stop me munching down a good 6 fat cloves 🥴😂 so worth it!

I had a day of nausea yesterday and could just about look at food. I managed about 200mls of chicken broth last night.
I was woken up this morning with reflux 😞 and currently sipping camomile and ginger tea.
