B: raspberry overnight oats and two coffees - one with collagen
L: smoked salmon and potato hash with a poached egg
Sn: protein yogurt
D: half a crosta pizza with side salad
Sn: few cups of tea, maybe something sweet with Traitors later

Sn: a leftover chocolate from xmas and a cup of tea

Not been on for ages - sorry - been having problems with my login!

I’ve been maintaining since September. Currently on 2.5mg every 14 days.

S: 3 dates
E: Bodypump then cycled to work
B: 0% Greek yog, 1/2 Apple, frozen raspberries, sprinkle muesli, sprinkle homemade granola
L: left over chickpea and veg casserole with broccoli, low fat strawberry yogurt, raspberries
E: cycled home
D: breaded fish fillet, homemade potato wedges, tartare sauce, cauliflower and peas
S: small bowl kefir, 3 tsp granola, 5 choc chips and a mini crunchie

6mg every 4 days.
B - Greek yogurt (ff) blueberries, pumpkin, chia and sunflower seeds.
snack - banana. Flat white (semi skimmed)
L- butternut and sweet potato soup. Teaspoon of sour cream.
snack - small pear. Baked crisps.
D- jacket potato with cottage cheese. Huge baby leaf Salad with balsamic vinegar and sunflower & pumpkin seeds and pine nuts.
snack - grapes and Greek yogurt with a handful of pistachios.

L: ham and mustard roll, bag of lentil crisps, an apple and two oreos
D: three sausages, three tiny roast potatoes, leftover cabbage and broccoli with some bisto best
Sn: two chocolates and a cup of tea after 30 mins of netball

L: mozzarella and onion omelette with cherry toms and baby beetroot

D: dumpling and noodle soup with Asian veg made by my husband - it was amazing!!

14 months in, 7.5mg Mounjaro and lost almost 8st…

Brunch = 2 slices toast with little butter and 2 poached eggs.

Evening meal = 2 matzo crackers with sliced chicken, garlic dip spread on, cucumber and cherry tomatoes

snack = 2 satsumas and few bits mango

L: small sourdough ham and cheese toastie and a bag of lentil crisps
D: braised short ribs, roast potatoes and tenderstem broccoli followed by a slice of banana bread

L: cheddar and marmite english muffin with 1/2 avocado, two rashers of back bacon and scrambled egg

I’m about a year and a half in now, 7 stone down.
Lunch: cottage cheese and balsamic cherry tomatoes on sourdough then some dried apricots.
Dinner will be roast chicken, sautéed potatoes and salad.
i only ever eat 2 meals a day, even before MJ (but also snacked a lot on MJ), these days it’s very rare that I reach for a snack.

B: 0% greek yoghurt, low sugar granola, flaxseed, chia seeds and honey
L: pitta with cheese and tomato, lentil crisps
D: chicken curry and rice, side salad
S: 2 sq datk chocolate

I try and stick to 1300-1400 calories a day
