Good work! Are you worried about how you will get further supplies after such a long gap? I’ve potentially got about 2+ years worth of doses but I worry I won’t get represcribed by annyone after such a long gap.

I have been ordering with Pharmulous for almost a year including a number of orders three weeks apart to get stocks of pens with the bonus dose. They are supposed to let you re order within 12 months (albeit at 2.5mg to start). I won’t let it go that long but will say I bought pens close together, reduced my dose so could get 5 doses from a pen still within my 30 day from opening limit etc and now realise I need to stay on it. I am nervous but not overly concerned. If they refuse o will have to try multiple suppliers till I find one willing to prescribe and once you have a recent prescription again you can shop around.

I've just gone back to check @ThirdStorm and I did an order with SwiftDoctor in April and then my next one was June, same time of the month so easily 8 weeks and they approved it right away.

I'm still maintaining in a 67-69kg range, I try and keep close to 67kg. It is a good bit heavier than the lightest I got to which was 60kg. I'm pretty happy here though, I feel more like myself a little heavier. I think having being overweight my whole life I found being a size 8/10 weird in a way being a 10/12 isn't.

Sometimes I do feel as fat as I used to be though. I'm getting back to weights classes as I think the toning will help a lot with that. Although I was wearing quite short shorts today and the saggy skin that gets revealed on my legs as I did planks was pretty horrific. I'm very jealous of those getting excess skin dealt with!

@ThirdStorm Swiftdoctor seems to understand that maintainers do so in a variety of ways. I found that just letting them know when you are likely to re-order is helpful. They respond to emails quickly.

Checking in and in need of advice… since April 2024 I’ve gone from about 17.5 stone to 11. I still need to lose another stone - I’ve lost and gained the same 10 pounds over the last year. In December I got to 10 stone 4.
im currently on a kind of maintenance schedule of 2.5 mg, I’m exercising plus weights and Pilates.
the cost was a major factor in titrating down before reaching goal.
im unsure whether to just bite the bullet, increase the dose until I can knock this stone out, change to wegovy or carry on as I am and do a stint on lower calories to see if I can kick start weight loss.
anyone else been in this position?

Twasasurprise · 03/08/2026 22:21

Personally, Wegovy would be my last option of the 3. Moving up to 5mg, mostly to help reduce calories, or a dose somewhere in between would be my first choice. Good luck!

Thanks I’ve ordered 5 mg x

I haven't weighed but psychologically I feel fatter!

However today I bought a pair of Size 000 jeans from Hollister!

Yes I am bragging!
No it's not stealthy😁
My psyche is clearly talking shite!

I'm having a silly battle with myself over size 10 vs size 12 shorts 😅. There's something about being a size 10 which is really seductive but actually they are and always have been a tad uncomfortable. OK in the waist but a bit short in the undercarriage. Why is it so hard to accept I'm a comfy size 12 and celebrate that instead of thinking i need to lose more to get comfy in a size 10? I'm bmi 20, so at 5'8" I'm sure it's a height thing rather than a fat thing but still annoys me. @Smallsalt i don't actually know what a 000 is but guessing I'm a way off and probably don't need to know 😅

I don't know what 000 is either but it's their smallest jeans😁.

I still can't get over things like this. It will never stop being a novelty.
Buying the smallest jeans in a trendy shop rather than the biggest.
Me!!!
( and frankly Hollister wouldn't even have stocked my previous size!)

Further novelty in wearing same size as my very petite 16 year olds. Very shallow I know. But dammit, I am chuffed!

Though the sad truth is the jeans look better on them. They are very slim but somehow manage to have bums! Mine is long gone! Disappeared immediately with my Mounjaro Buttock Syndrome!

I've been feeling pretty content recently and all my clothes fit comfortably, etc but after weighing today for the first time in ages, over the last 2 months I've gained 5lb! Sneaky! So I am going to make a bit more effort over these next few weeks to get back to my goal weight.

PissedOffNeighbour22 · Today 09:30

I got weighed the other day and had put on even more weight. I find it ridiculous that I can still fit in a size 10 yet I’m officially overweight again.

I’ll be back to the 5mg this week so just have to hope that I don’t keep putting more and more weight on.

KrankyKumquat · Today 10:34

@ThirdStorm and @PissedOffNeighbour22

I've realised that when I was fat, if I put on a few lb, all my clothes instantly got uncomfortably tight. I always had red marks from waist bands, bra straps etc and just thought that was normal. Now, i can go up a similar amount and it really doesn't change how my clothes feel. It's strange. I'm guessing my old clothes were always too tight, now things fit properly and aren't permanently digging in. I like it (other than the aforementioned crotch issue 😅).
