@Flapearedknave we can’t even trust Amazon to deliver to the correct house. Our delightful neighbour changed the name of his house to almost the same as ours (just added a word on the end of our house name) as soon as we moved in so we’ve had 5yrs of mixed up parcels.
He’s on a different road so it’s a pain in the arse to try to sort out as he refuses to answer the speaker button on his gate and won’t give mail back when asked 😑

Oh bloody hell, that's annoying! Why are people so odd!

It turns out my posty had put my parcel down the side of a crate in his van or something, so hadn't seen it when on his round. If I hadn't gone to the delivery office I probably would never have got it!

PissedOffNeighbour22 · 17/05/2026 02:11

Chuffing hell @Flapearedknave. Glad you’ve got it but it’s so irritating trying to sort out things that other people cock up.

So after eking out my last pens and not taking any for over 4 weeks I’ve decided I definitely can’t live without it. I’ve ordered via lotus on Sunday and had my order delivered today. Current bmi 22.9. Last order sept 25 with family chemist. So I’m starting on 2.5mg again and will go up if it doesn’t have any impact.

Choux · 19/05/2026 19:16

Thanks for the info on your 9 month break @imnottoofussed. I currently have 5 pens in a stockpile which equates to about 9 months use so as soon as I am sent a 4 dose pen I am going to take a break from ordering and use them up.

I am not sure I will ever come off it completely.

Twasasurprise · 19/05/2026 20:33

@Choux I'm of a similar mind, also with a stockpile, although I did receive the dreaded 4 dose pen recently. (5mg Cloud Pharmacy). I probably won't order again as I usually do at their 3 week prompt email, but will possibly push to 5 weeks.

imnottoofussed · 19/05/2026 20:53

Yes I was glad that they didn’t have any issue with me ordering now with only a screenshot of my last order elsewhere being 9 months ago. So it’s quite a relief that there are pharmacies who we can go back to if necessary in the future if we do ever need to have a break or like you say using a stockpile.

Moanranger · 20/05/2026 20:07

I have just ordered a 7.5 pen from Swift Doctor, painful at £215 ( that includes a discount!) I had been taking 5mg every 5 days for three weeks & it has now built up in my system such that my appetite is nicely suppressed. I live in hope that oral versions come on the market within 6 months, budgeting for £200+ a month until that time is another challenge!🤞🏻

KeepUndercover · 20/05/2026 21:56

I would love tablets. I'm so bored of injecting. I'm trying to lose a bit of regain but I keep forgetting to inject. I think I need to stop after my next pen as I really can't afford this anymore.

PissedOffNeighbour22 · 21/05/2026 21:27

@KeepUndercover I’m fed up of injecting too. I’m bruising every time and I’m really struggling to find somewhere to inject as my stomach is just a mass of thick stretch marks.

Choux · 01/06/2026 08:36

Made a little mistake last night. I have been taking 10mg doses from a 12.5mg pen. Last night there was only the bonus dose left in the pen so I got it out with a syringe and took it. I have always taken every last drop from each pen as the stuff is expensive. About 5 mins later I realised the pen was a 12.5mg and the bonus dose was 1.33 regular doses so instead of taking my usual 10mg I have taken 16.6mg.

10mg to 16.6mg in one week is quite a step up. Am not panicking as I used 15mg for quite a while during weight loss and took the full bonus dose from those pens which must have been 20mg and never had any side effects at all but we shall see what happens this week.

Moanranger · 01/06/2026 15:46

NSV - I had exactly2 pairs of shorts in my wardrobe from pre-MJ, one of which were cut offs which are now so big they fall right off of my hips! I finally got fed up, & ordered 5 pairs of shorts from George at Asda, 2 tailored, the others, drawstring, elasticated, etc. Size 10 & they ask fit perfectly.
Not something I thought I would ever be able to do.

imnottoofussed · 01/06/2026 16:27

That’s great moanranger!

PissedOffNeighbour22 · 01/06/2026 23:45

Well done @Moanranger- that must have felt great! I’m still going the other way. My size 10s are tight this year. Very tight.
My overhang is back big time and I can’t believe how much weight I've clapped back onto my thighs 😭. Bingo wings are worse than ever.

Scalessayeek · 02/06/2026 06:38

How are you feeling @Choux? i think I’ve done similar before and it was actually ok, just very suppressed with a bit of a bad tummy.

just wanted to catch up with everyone- i seem to finally be in a place where i see pics of the old me and she seems like a stranger. I was on 5mg for a while but all the way back up to 10mg now. Weaning off in a few months so that I have 4 weeks before my op without it in my system. Will have to start back from 2.5mg afterwards hoping not to gain too much extra weight but apparently I could gain up to 2 stone in swelling! So I won’t know what’s what anyway 🤪 I’ve started using MyFitnessPal again so that I’m more mindful about what I’m actually eating too. You wouldn’t believe I’m a size 10/12 but still 11.5 stone though!

Choux · 02/06/2026 07:45

Amazing @Moanranger enjoy wearing your shorts all summer!

Good luck with the op @Scalessayeek. hospital food, less movement etc may lead to a short term gain but presumably after the op your overall health will be better and any gain will be manageable to lose again once you have recovered.

I am feeling totally fine after 16.6mg but the suppression is a bit stronger than I would like. I had to eat my chicken salad in two sittings last night as I got full before I’d finished it.

KrankyKumquat · 11/06/2026 17:17

I'm about to move from oushk after being with them (and never ordering from elsewhere) since July 2024. I've been on 2.5 maintenance, with one month on, one month off, for many months. In reality, I was microdosing around 1.5 to eek out the pen. This worked fine for ages but less so recently so i decided to increase to 5mg to count clicks back to 2.5 to reduce costs (I didn't say this obvs).

I was told I'd have to pay for a maintenance consult first (£5 plus another £5 to renew my plan 🙄) during which I was told off for gaps in ordering (despite being open previously about one month on, one off), and lectured about how I must order every 4 weeks if I had a 5mg pen. My bmi of 21 was a 'concern', despite being this weight for about a year now...so I would only be allowed to stay on 5mg if I agreed to 3monthly weight verification videos!

Now I've got my 5mg pen, I'm going to use it to move to SwiftDoctor, where I hope i might be left in peace to figure out what I need to do for my own body and wallet.

I'm 59 years old, have no underlying health issues, I'm on no other medications, have no history of EDs. Just previously fat and very bored of this rigmarole 😐

I should add that I was asked when my current pen was due to finish - I said in 2 weeks time. I was told to go get the pen and prove this on the video....WTF is that all about?

ThirdStorm · 11/06/2026 17:38

@KrankyKumquat oh no no no. What are they playing at. I’ll except them to catch up with me soon and think about a change of supplier. I want to dose weekly at 3mg for a while long. Maybe coming off with the option of restarting. Sounds like ouskh are no longer as flexible as they once were. Sad.

KrankyKumquat · 11/06/2026 18:03

@ThirdStorm yes, very sad.

I've been cogitating on what's happened for a couple of days and was reluctant to post as I really don't like moaning. But I'm not wrong am I - this is a very odd way of dealing with a long term customer who's never raised any issues or concerns? BMI 21 is not that low surely? Other pharmacies are openly supporting click counting and microdosing in maintenance and I'm getting interrogated moving from 2.5 to 5 after over a year on this maintenance dose and a steady weight throughout that time.

I guess we're at the mercy of whichever pharmacist happens to pick up your order but it sucks.

Moanranger · 11/06/2026 21:06

@KrankyKumquat I think you will like SwiftDoctor. You have one phone convo with an actual MD and then they leave you alone. If you have an issue, contact them and they come back quickly. Orders posted super-quick, like 24 hours! I could possibly save a bit with Oushk but not enough to tolerate the weirdness.

KrankyKumquat · 11/06/2026 21:44

@Moanranger
Thanks. I'm not even sure they're any cheaper, once you add in postage and the ad hoc costs like this week's extras. Just hope SwiftDoctor will take me on at a smidge under 21 bmi. And that they let me order every 8 weeks.

Make sure you get over 21 for the weigh in. So drink a lot of water and eat a fair bit. They told me that 21 was their cut off.

ThirdStorm · 12/06/2026 13:39

I think I should investigate Swift Doctor. @KrankyKumquat Is it the Weight loss maintenance consultation I need to book to switch supplier and discuss my preferences around maintenance?

NextPrimeMinister · 12/06/2026 18:55

Oooo I wasn't going to post but I had a proper palava again with Oushk. Really fed up with the very poor website ordering process and rules that seem to change with the wind.

Wonkypictureframe · 13/06/2026 08:06

Hi. I’ve been off MN for months but just wanted to check in on you all. It’s good to see how much positivity there is and the very best of luck to those of you losing still.

I’m about 8lbs up on my lowest weight and would like to lose some of it - some of my clothes are tight and I know I need to arrest the upwards drift. I’ve been noodling along jabbing 5mg every 2/3 weeks for months, on the stockpile I had from last summer but recently decided to re-order and step up to weekly to see the weight off again but also came up against Oushk having gone mad. I’m back on 2.5mg and will order 5mg from them but good to see some recommendations.

I really need to sort exercise. I see a PT once a week but don’t do anything else. I need to be better.
