B: Full English!
D: baby cucumbers and hummus (may have been a little heavy handed with the garlic!), strawberries
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, cbd drink, yogi tea

L - seeded roll with corned beef and pickle (when I like something I eat it every day!)

D - breaded chicken with tzatziki, roasted peppers and sweet potato

S - 2 cracker bread with a laughing cow cheese triangle thing.

I was hungry today. But now I am stuffed and overate at dinner.

Week 11 day 6
5mg, 16 pound down

B... yogurt pouch

L...6 X itsu steamed gyoza and soy sauce. Love these and they are low calorie. Few slices of cooked chicken. Pack of twiglets. Peach.

D...one fishcake. Few spoons of rice but didn't really eat the rice. Mixed veg. Satsuma

3 teas, my usual 2L plus of water. Can of sugar free fizzy mango drink.

B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
D: chicken stir fry - can we all take a moment to acknowledge the wonder that is the humble stir fry!! All luscious garlic and ginger and soy sauce with loads of veg - YUM!!
S: a pear, large handful of cashews
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, 2 glasses of Prosecco, yogi tea

B - Coffee x2

L - 3 scrambled eggs with 1 toast

D - Went to Harvester and struggled with what to do! I had a small bowl of salad with a tiny bit of sauce and raisins, and then I had beef tacos with sweet potato fries. But I only ate 2 of the tacos and a few fries. Can't believe I was full and happy compared to what old me would have scoffed there.

Here's today's...

Week 11 day 7 so jab day, about to do it this evening.
5mg, 16 pound down

B... actimel drink and some sliced roast chicken. Satsuma.

L.... chicken and rocket bagel, bit of perinaise on it.

D....m and s ready meals chicken noodles thing. Not the best tbh.

About to have a handful of crisps and dips with a film with DC.

3 teas, 1 latte, usual 2Lplus of water. 1 gin and diet tonic ready made type can.

My kid is an adult so I don’t have to feed her anymore but I’m sure she would’ve eaten it! 😄

Yesterday..
B- greek yogurt, chia seeds, banana, walnuts, maple syrup
L- egg mayo sandwich, few crisps, one choc chip biscuit
D- quorn stir fry with noodles and veg - baby corn, carrots, sugar snap peas, broccoli

Square of 70% dark choc on the evening with a margarita (Moth cocktails tin)

Today so far has been half an almond croissant and half a lemon Danish - shared both with my son in a cafe. Not eaten anything like that since starting MJ and I feel great for having let myself have a normal cafe trip without thinking I shouldn't get anything! Do also feel very full and a bit sick though! 😆

Snack out of mad hunger as only ate half of my sushi - banana and some m&s ready cooked chicken

D - full from banana and chicken so just had a bit of cottage cheese on crackers.

I also had an iced brown sugar oat shaken espresso from starbucks- my drink of choice for years, have it at least once a week - and couldn't cope with it. Made me feel weird as it was SO sweet and sugary now.

B....slice of sourdough toast, butter and marmalade. Loved it!

L...half a turkey sandwich. Satsuma. Cup a soup (not very healthy!)

D... quarter of pizza (pre MJ would have been half). 4 wedges. Few spoons of coleslaw.

About to have a glass of wine and some cheese and crackers.

Usual 2L plus of water. 4 teas.

I can’t actually believe it! I was a 20/22 at 16st 12 and 5’2 tall. Am now at goal at 8st 11. Thought I was a 10 but was trying some jeans on in Tesco (over leggings as they don’t have a bloody fitting room!!) and def an 8!

Fabulous progress @IReallyNeedThisToWork are you switching to maintenance now?

I'm probably similar BMI starting to you. I'm 5 foot tall and was 14-7 when I started which was a BMI of 39.8 I think. I'm now 13-5 which is BMI of 36. I'm still solidly in size 20 trousers though despite the weight loss. My goal is 9-7 (mini goal of 11-7 first) and it feels like a bloody mountain!
