D - chicken caeser salad

Protein water drink, latte with oat milk.

@Fatmumslim01 I do indeed! Totally addicted to this combo at the moment and miss it so much if I don't have it!

Time wise - I’m self employed and work more in the evenings/weekends so not really an issue but even where I was employed and leaving the house at 7.15 daily, I got up in time to poach eggs! I LOVE breakfast and the idea of nothing or fruit or yoghurt or makes me feel really upset! 😂

D - homemade cheeseburger topped with lettuce and onions with some oven chips

Week 13 - 5mg

B - a latte

L - took DDs to McDonalds as an end of half term treat. I had a fillet of fish, some chicken nuggets and a diet coke (600 cals)

D - chicken with roasted courgettes, tomatoes, olives, peppers and onions and a chunk of focaccia. Can of Pepsi Max.

No snacks, roughly 1300 calories and over 5 miles walked.

D: creamy mushroom chicken, spinach, sugar snaps, long stem broccoli
S: a pear, cashews
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, 2 glasses of prosecco, yogi tea

Today: day 5
B: scrambled egg etc
D: sweet chilli hot smoked salmon fillet, MASSIVE salad, jersey royals, a pear
Usual supplements, green tea, 3 litres of water, cbd drink, yogi tea, elderflower and soda water

D - chicken shwarma with salad and houmous

S- bag of snack a jacks and another coffee, plus a protein water

I felt hungry today. I should have had a bigger lunch.

Today I had some Greek yoghurt with all bran, chia seeds and blueberries for lunch. Then for dinner had some pasta salad with lots of veggies and a small leftover piece of quiche. Supression +++ today.

L: pitta with peanut butter, blueberries, melon, babybel

D: butternut squash and butter bean curry with rice and mini naan

S: couple of handfuls of home popped popcorn, 4 x m&ms

loads of water. Cycled 10 miles.

D - Chicken curry with cucumber salad (I didn't eat the rice)

Snacks - small pot of dried mango and 5 chocolate animal biscuits - my first sugar since starting - and didn't really enjoy them!

Plus protein water as usual. Cranberry and raspberry today.

Went out for dinner with friends tonight but made good choices:

B - banana
L - tuna salad with a spoon of low fat mayo
D - sea bream with steamed vegetables

No snacks, lots of water, supplements, glass of Prosecco, glass of Pepsi max

@IReallyNeedThisToWork how are you finding 12.5? I've been on 10mg for a while now and it's working well but tempted to go up a dose as weight loss is slowing now.

In the spirit of joining in as I've asked a question

Breakfast - Vanilla protein drink
Lunch - Chicken Fajita soup (very filling lots of beans and cauliflower rice) with 25g sweet chilli rice crackers
Dinner - 3x heck chicken chipolatas with mash, tenderstem broccoli and gravy

1x can of Fanta zero, 1 22g pack of fridge raiders, 80g pineapple and a mini milk lolly, electrolytes and loads of ice water.

I think that sounds like loads but I didn't finish my lunch or dinner and even if I did it was under 1000kcal so well within my deficit.

@Fatbride I’ll be honest, I took one dose as the fifth from my previous 10mg and HATED it! It stopped my system completely and I could barely eat. I then went back to 10mg for my next two shots but wasn’t shifting any weight and was definitely wanting more food. I then calculated I could get three 11mg shots from the rest of the pen so did those and it helped the weight start shifting again but I was still feeling more snacky and thinking about food (chocolate was creeping in!). I was then 2 or 3 lbs from goal so had to decide whether to just smash it with 12.5 or plod on with the 10.

Made the decision to move up to get to goal but supplier didn’t have any in stock so am using 12.5 from a 10 pen and it been fine this time around and has done the job!

So a rather complicated and mixed story!!Grin

I seem to have fallen into a habit of eating similar meals every day now.
I'm practically living on salmon filets, baked sweet potato and Mediterranean veg in the evenings,
I tend to have a protein yoghurt, berries and nuts for breakfast, and peanut butter in wholemeal toast and a banana for lunch.

I'm wondering if it's because I've lost interest in food a bit.

I ate a daim bar today whilst out as a felt a bit lacking in energy

Week 4 day 6 and have lost 9 pounds up to now

a bit carbilicious today but it was a busy one so had to make do

@Weightlossprincess I was like that in the first month or so, often eating the same things. I vary it a bit more now but it still really depends as my suppression can be variable throughout the week and doesn't seem to follow a pattern.

What you've outlined (yoghurt, fruit, nuts, salmon, veg etc) sounds very sensible if you're not bothered about food you're at least getting some decent nutrition!

lunch - small portion cooked rice, tablespoon of hummus, chopped tomato all mixed up
dinner - baked potato, small scoop of tuna mayo (lite mayo), sprinkle of grated cheese and a spoonful of baked beans.

snacks - coffee with splash of milk, one bite of chocolate then realised I’ve proper gone off it!
