B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon, whole grain rye
L: whole grain rye and cream cheese, rocket, an apple
D: sticky chicken mince stir fry, pak choi, rice, an apple
S: apple, raspberry and honey porridge bar
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, 3 g&ts

brunch - toast with avocado and spinach
dinner - prawn curry and aloo gobi

Here's yesterday's.

Week 31, 10mg, 39 pounds down but haven't weighed for a few weeks so hopefully more!

B...slice of toast, butter and marmalade. Actimel drink.

L...6 itsu steamed chicken gyoza love these. Pack of wotsits

D...salt and pepper chicken with lots of veg and noodles. Was so excited about this but I only managed half a bowl as was so full!

S...small bag of popcorn from a multi pack while watching a film with the DC

Pre-gym B: slice whole grain rye toast with cream cheese
Post-gym B: a croissant
L: cheddar and thins, an apple
D: steak, roasted cumin sweet potatoes, creamed leeks, an apple
S: apple, handful of salted cashews, Lidl milk chocolate
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, 2 glasses white wine

Week 5, day 2, 2.5mg

B - coffee with protein collagen

L - 2 eggs and 1 bacon

D- home made burger with thin protein bagel with wedges. Only ate half of the burger as I felt very full

Water consumption could better. I have had a very interesting last 2 weeks. Hoping to fully get back on track from Monday.

Here's today's, I've finished eating for the day.

B... actimel drink

L.... cauliflower cheese soup and a few slices of baguette

D... chicken korma with noodles as didn't have any rice, actually really nice!

Could do better with water today, I find weekends and holidays I definitely don't drink enough water! It's easier in work as I sip my bottle through the day and usually have one in the morning one in the afternoon. Ah well!

Week 5, day 1 - increasing to 5mg this eve …

B: protein granola, fat free greek yogurt and frozen fruit, two coffees, one containing dose of collagen

L: chilli soup and a small homemade sourdough toastie - was delish!

D: roast chicken, roast potatoes, roast carrots, tenderstem broccoli, two pigs in blankets and a spoon of cauliflower cheese. Followed by an oreo mini ice cream. Blush

Lots of squash, another coffee and a can of pepsi max. Quite nervous about increasing dose this eve but only lost 0.6lb this week. Confused

B: Coconut FAGE yogurt, frozen fruit, muesli - didn’t manage much of it, cappuccino

S: 2 x jellytots, rowntrees random

L: tuna mayo, onion and mozzarella toaster, cherry toms, lettuce, pickled cabbage, sweet chilli sauce - didn’t quite finish the toastie

D: chickpea and sweet potato curry with rice

S: protein ice cream bar

E: 1 hr run

was going to jab this evening but still feeling a lot of suppression so holding off a bit…

Real suppression has hit!

B: usual protein granola, fat free greek yogurt and frozen fruit, 3 coffees, one containing dose of collagen

L: homemade minestrone soup and half a toasted sourdough sandwich (couldn’t eat the other half, which is unheard of!)

D: crispy chicken, avocado and slaw wrap

Lots of squash, a can of pepsi max and two cups of tea.

L: leftover chicken mujadara, protein yogurt with raspberries and kiwi

S: WELL - 2x packs of kettle chips (the little ones), some salted peanuts, dark chocolate, then I taught DS how to make a cake and there was a bit of testing of the cake mix. Not sure why I was so peckish / bingey but hey ho. Work is quite stressy this week, I expect that’s it.

D: Korean chicken burger with lettuce and mayo, a few home made chips. I expect I shall have to try the blueberry crumble loaf when it’s cooled off a bit 🥴

S: apples (lost count!), raspberry and honey porridge bar, cashews

Weird snacky day!! Could not stop grazing this morning and then couldn’t be bothered to eat dinner. Must do better!

L: working on location, so sourdough sandwich with goats cheese, rocket and smoked salmon, packet of kettle chips, grenade bar

S: another coffee, brownie, bbq corn snack

D: chicken pilau with lime pickle and mango chutney

Didn’t need the brownie and sort of forced it down, stupid really 🙄
Just a few more days and the stressy work time will be done and I can get back to normal.

E: 30 min run this morning, cycled to and from work

L: homemade minestrone soup (2.8 portions of five a day) and a small slice of sourdough with ham and
chutney

D: fish finger, avocado and slaw wrap and a bowl of leftover cauliflower cheese

S: 250ml of protein chocolate milk

Lots of squash and two cups of tea. Not a bad day, probs too many carbs.
