Seem to have missed a couple of days!
Tuesday - wk 69, day 6, 5mg, dose 8 (maint)
B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
L: cheddar and thins, an apple
D: Asian caramelised pork mince, bok choy, peppers, rice, an apple
S: apples (it’s an addiction I tell ya!!)
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, 3 glasses of wine (was out!)
Yesterday - wk 69, day 7, 5mg, dose 8 (maint)
B: scrambled egg etc
L: homemade tomato and bean soup
D: coconut and coriander salmon, baby potatoes, broccoli
S: a pear, 2 apples
Bit the bullet last night and took 3.75. Could be a rocky week…
