Wk 69, day 5, 5mg, dose 8 (maint)
B: usual scrambled egg etc
L: cheddar and rosemary thins, an apple
D: bubble and squeak and leftover confit pork belly, an apple
S: 2 choc hobnobs
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water
Ran for 28 mins today and covered nearly 4km! Had a mad moment and looked at the Nike run app for a 10km programme… 🤦🏼‍♀️

L: yo sushi prawn dragon rolls, protein yogurt with kiwi and raspberries

S: trek protein bar

D: beef burger, brioche roll, mayo, cheese, lettuce, tomato. Watermelon and pomegranate salad

Week 3, day 3, 2.5mg

B: protein granola, fat free greek yogurt and frozen fruit, two coffees - forgot the collagen today

L: tiny slice of sourdough, protein bagel with ham and end of the pumpkin soup

Sn: slice of homemade banana bread

D: chicken breast, colcannon, roasted carrots, peas and gravy

Two cups of tea, a can of pepsi max and not enough water!

Hello 💖 joining for inspiration
Started end of April and lost 3.5stone so far. On 10mg and have been for a while now. Yesterday was -

Trek protein flapjack
Homemade broccoli and stilton soup and a petit pain
An apple
2x mini fajitas with cucumber, Sour cream, 15g cheese
2 scoops Kelly's ice cream

2x litres of lemon water and a can of coke zero cherry 🍒

Joining to keep myself accountable

week 3, day 6, 2.5mg

B - Fat free greek yogurt, chai seed and flaxseed with 1tsp of honey
L - 0.5 cup of rice, veg and turkey
D - small portion of sweet potato, broccoli and chicken breast
Snack - GetPro protein yorgurt

2l of water, 1 cup of coffee with collagen protein

L: leftover beef stew with carrots and peas, square of dark choc

D: out to a Thai restaurant - red prawn curry, couple of spoons of rice, veggie spring rolls, pint of Cobra

L: scrambled egg on toast with two slices of bacon

D: homemade cottage pie topped with colcannon, peas and gravy followed by a mini twirl

Lots of squash and two cups of tea.

B - Coffee with unsweetened oat milk & collagen protein powder

L - 2 boiled eggs and chicken breast

D - small rice, broccoli and mince beef (5% fat)

Snack - GetPro protein yorgurt

1.5L of water

Seem to have missed a couple of days!
Tuesday - wk 69, day 6, 5mg, dose 8 (maint)
B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
L: cheddar and thins, an apple
D: Asian caramelised pork mince, bok choy, peppers, rice, an apple
S: apples (it’s an addiction I tell ya!!)
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, 3 glasses of wine (was out!)

Yesterday - wk 69, day 7, 5mg, dose 8 (maint)
B: scrambled egg etc
L: homemade tomato and bean soup
D: coconut and coriander salmon, baby potatoes, broccoli
S: a pear, 2 apples

Bit the bullet last night and took 3.75. Could be a rocky week…

Yesterday was-

45g frosties, 245ml semi skim milk
3x mini fajitas
1.5 crumpets (got bored halfway thru🤣) with 20g butter
15 white chocolate maltesers

Getting close to jab day as you can see 😆

B: decaf black coffee, protein yogurt (felt I should have something after early morning weights)

L: sourdough toast, butter, marmite, avocado, soft boiled eggs
square of dark choc

S: showed DS how to make chocolate fridge cake which obvs meant hoovering up 4 leftover digestives

D: butter chicken, brown rice, home made naan

An extremely carby day, need to be a bit more abstemious for a little while I think. Breakfast does tend to mess up the whole day though, maybe need to rethink the morning.

L: spicy lentil and tomato soup and half a slice of sourdough with butter and ham

D: coconut chicken and spinach curry with rice

Will have some chocolate protein milk before bed as cals a bit low. Also had a can of pepsi max, two teas and lots of squash.

B: 2 sausages, 2 fried eggs, beans, toast
D: Thai red chicken curry (inspired by @gimmemounjaro but had to make my own!!), peppers, spinach, rice, an apple
S: several apples
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water

Not enough water, it's been a busy day for me

Today was;

Trek protein flapjack (they are lush)

Homemade carrot and coriander soup, bit of baguette

Baguette and butter
Scoop of ice cream

So definitely not the best nutrients wise. My defence is im due on my period, its jab day, im emotional and exhausted.

I do think though the mounjaro has helped a lot. Before, my 'bad day' would be full of takeaway, fried food, etc. So while today is quite nutrient dense, its still better than before

Plan tomorrow is to eat more fruit and veg! Get some vitamins in me

B: decaf black coffee with regrettable but inevitable chocolate fridge cake while helping DS chop and package it up for the girlfriend and her family

L: leftover butter chicken, protein yogurt

D: peppers stuffed with orzo, tuna, capers and anchovies, green salad, tomato salad, square of dark choc

Was hoping to have a brilliant day today but didn’t get off to a very good start 🫢

Been a bit haphazard lately and weight is creeping up so need to Get A Grip tomorrow 💪

Today was -

An apple

This lovely chicken rice thing from a food van near my work. Fresh, cooked on site, lean chicken, rice, veg including cucumber, tomato, feta, olives, pomegranates- yum 😋 my favourite

Wasn't particularly hungry but was coming in at 600 calories all day so made myself have some leftover homemade soup and a bit of baguette.
Spoonful of ben and jerrys

Full now and regretting that ben and jerrys even though it was nice. Now, to bed 🛌
