B: protein granola, fat free greek yogurt & frozen fruit, two coffees and half a dose of collagen powder

L: leftover butter beans and roasted veg with 50g chicken, salad leaves, bag of lentil crisps, protein yogurt

D: spag bolognese and 50g garlic bread

Sn: small bag of oreos & a mini twirl 🫣

Loads of water, one can of pepsi max and two teas.

L: chicken stirfry, an apple
S: an apple, handful of salted cashews
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, 2 glasses white wine, g&t

Definitely didn’t eat enough and have woken up with PROPER hunger this morning!

(I had to introduce myself to new colleagues over Teams today, using a slide of images to represent my life 🤮)

L: chilli with some coleslaw that needed eating up, apple with peanut butter

S: 3x glasses of wine 😳 and a little pot of spicy nuts - OMG two of us had the same and it came to £84!! Is it me? I never normally drink so wine at 3pm was probably not a great idea, I have to be compos mentis tomorrow too, dreading it 🥺

Weird food day here, some overindulgence…

B: leftover bacon & cabbage pasta, two coffees, one containing half a dose of collagen

L: 60g sourdough with tiny bit of butter and 30g cheese, one teaspoon of chutney, bag of lentil crisps

Sn: a relatively small slice of homemade banana bread Cake Blush

D: indian takeaway - had chicken tikka pieces, rice, handful of chips and salad, 1/3 of a naan bread

Lots of water, a can of pepsi max and three cups of tea. Onto dose 3 of 2.5mg tomorrow, almost 9lb down.

That’s not too bad @cheekysausage123, have definitely been there (and worse). I have a pub lunch with friends tomorrow and then for dinner DH is insisting on making various Indian dishes including tandoori chicken, naan and I forget what else. So I will no doubt be joining you in the slight overindulgence 👍

Um, I do a lot - I work out 6 days a week…
2 yoga
5 Pilates
3 spin
3 body pump
1 core
3 runs

I also have dogs 🤦🏼‍♀️

I’m very keen to start lifting in the gym so will have to dial down the body pump a bit.

I’m about to dive back in to instructing (after 20 or so years out!) so things will change and I might not have as much time for my own training.

Wow that is impressive, you must be super fit and in great shape. Amazing to get back to instructing again too. I read 6 days a week and thought, oh yes, me too. Difference is that I do one thing a day, and frequently talk myself out of even that 🫢

I had a nice little routine in the summer of running early in the morning (and then would do weights early on non run days) but it’s cold! I really need to sort myself out - last winter I stopped running for months because of the cold, what a wimp!

Not a wimp at all! I have moved inside onto a treadmill partly due to the weather and partly due to the number of hideous hills around here😂

Just going into week 8 of the c25k and honestly don’t know if I’ll ever run again when I’ve finished it 🤦🏼‍♀️ I KNOW it helps my fitness hugely and I feel fab when I finish a run but bloody hell it’s awful whilst doing it!

I actually have to stop myself doing more which is probably as big a problem as not doing enough. I remember how much I love pushing myself physically and the sense of achievement when I can do something I previously couldn’t. I am also terrified of becoming a frail old lady! The only thing I ever struggle to feel motivated to do these days is a 7am spin but I will admit to a bit of a crush on the instructor so that drives me up in the mornings😂😂

Usual supplements (I haven’t listed these for ages - greens, creatine, bovine collagen, vit d, biotin, omega 3, glucosamine and chondroitin, iron energy), green tea, 2 litres of water (electrolytes after too much gin on Friday🤦🏼‍♀️), 2 glasses white wine

Have noticed my weight drops to 8st 1 or 2 early in the week then climbs to 8st 4 or 5 towards jab day. I don’t feel like I’m restricting anything in any way and am wondering if there’s maybe a little room to drop to 3.75 🤔 May just try out of interest and see what happens…
