Here's the last few days....
6 months in, 37 pound down (just over half way to goal) 7.5mg
Yesterday....
B.... yogurt pouch
L....5 heck chicken Italia sausages (super low calorie so 5 isn't actually that many). Loads of air fryer mushrooms, slice of sourdough with butter and marmalade.
S...small Starbucks latte and half a McDonald's apple pie (shared with DH) bad idea as felt really sick after
D..Had about 2 bites of pizza and felt sick again. Large portion of Cesar salad.
S...felt better so a few olives, a few slices of bruchetta with salami and cheese. Handful of crisps. Rhubarb and ginger g&t.
Today....
B....mango yoghurt with a sprinkle of protein granola on top. Very nice.
L....very random lunch of a few slices of ham, 2 of the DC chicken nuggets, 2 boiled eggs and a handful of grapes!
D....homemade chicken burgers, homemade coleslaw, homemade wedges. Had about 5 wedges and most but not all the burger.
S...not had it yet but there's a chocolate cookie waiting for.me in the kitchen with a cup of tea once DC asleep.
