Well I’ve been away staying in a hotel all week and working, quite stressy. So my eating has not been as controlled as usual, shall we say. I will see what I can remember..
Tues: smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel, crisps, Deliveroo burger and chips, packet of minstrels, protein bar
Weds: Waitrose prawn salad thing, crisps, melon pot, cinema salted popcorn, Nando’s chicken burger, fries and coleslaw
Thurs: pret bacon and egg baguette, crisps, dark choc, then pret tuna mayo sandwich, crisps, mango pot, then late night large beer, packet of beef hula hoops, twix, protein bar
Fri: pret egg and spinach roll, spicy prawn sushi, packet of wotsits, Lindt chocolate bar, protein yogurt, raspberries, portion of chilli, square of dark choc, protein bar
Basically large amounts of food eaten in response to stress instead of hunger and a lot of it not very good for me. The good news is I have only gained 1.8 lbs, still well within my maintenance Zone of Acceptability, I’m home again and hopefully back on track today 🤞
Today..
B: decaf black coffee
L: leftover chilli, protein yogurt with raspberries
D: Vietnamese chicken salad a la Nigella, maybe an apple with peanut butter, let’s see if I can just slot back into good eating habits 🤞
DH is about to go shopping and DS has requested Pringles and chocolate, so I will have to try and dodge those 😬
