L: sourdough toast with goats cheese and smoked salmon. Protein yogurt with raspberries
D: unbelievably delicious food in a Korean restaurant in Soho omgeeee. Kimchi pancake, beef dumplings, veg dumplings, bulgogi beef. Two pints of beer. And an old habit post pub, packet of beef hula hoops and a double decker. Absolutely stuffed and not even that sorry 😅

B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon, slice of wholegrain rye toast
L: cowboy caviar, an apple
D: fast800 chicken curry with peppers and spinach, an apple
S: a seeded thin and some cheddar, 4 orange cream chocolates 😬
Usual supplements, green tea, 3 litres of water

B: Huel
L: cucumber and chickpea salad with peri peri chicken pieces
D: Fast 800 chicken breast in prosciutto.
S: 3 garlic-stuffed green olives.

Supplements, camomile and anise tea, 2.5l water.

I have to stay up late to buy tickets with a midnight release, so I might have some yogurt later if I'm hungry. Or the leftovers from dinner because I didn't manage a full portion.

B: Pip n Nut peanut butter bar, blueberries and raspberries, Americano with coconut milk

L: leftover pesto lentils with feta, small portion of homemade cottage cheese protein bread

D: frittata with asparagus and cheddar on top

S: Lidl protein ice cream bar - can’t decide if I like these or not!!

W2 D5 2.5mg

B:Huel
L: red cabbage coleslaw with chickpeas in; the leftovers from yesterday's chicken (peri peri and prosciutto-wrapped); 2 liquorice wheels that I found in my handbag and saved for pudding.
D: sausage tray bake, collagen hot chocolate.
S: peach yogurt with raspberries and chia seeds; 2 ryvita with hummus.

I was over my calories and fat, and paid the price in a bout of night-time diarrhoea. Although that might also have been the collagen, which I have decided is very much not worth persevering with. I'll try some marine collagen to see if that is any better.

They are really easy - I used feta instead of the Parmesan because I can’t get veggie Parmesan… major apologies for the daily fail link but it’s a Fast800 recipe that was published on here…

Week 29 - 3.75mg - titrating down doses for maintenance

B - black coffee and blueberries

L - went to Costa. Skinny latte plus one of their egg, spinach and mushroom rolls which was very nice.

D - garlic lemon chicken with lentils and quinoa

Fasted until 12 (got caught up at work)

B: apple, cherries, Greek yog, maple syrup, muesli, Americano with coconut milk. Weirdly I couldn’t finish the food or the coffee!

L: two hard boiled eggs with mayo, little gem lettuce, 2 small slices cottage cheese bread

S: 3 polo mints

D: tin tuna, mayo, lots of chopped of salad with sweet chilli sauce, two small slices olive bread with butter

Well I’ve been away staying in a hotel all week and working, quite stressy. So my eating has not been as controlled as usual, shall we say. I will see what I can remember..

Tues: smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel, crisps, Deliveroo burger and chips, packet of minstrels, protein bar

Weds: Waitrose prawn salad thing, crisps, melon pot, cinema salted popcorn, Nando’s chicken burger, fries and coleslaw

Thurs: pret bacon and egg baguette, crisps, dark choc, then pret tuna mayo sandwich, crisps, mango pot, then late night large beer, packet of beef hula hoops, twix, protein bar

Fri: pret egg and spinach roll, spicy prawn sushi, packet of wotsits, Lindt chocolate bar, protein yogurt, raspberries, portion of chilli, square of dark choc, protein bar

Basically large amounts of food eaten in response to stress instead of hunger and a lot of it not very good for me. The good news is I have only gained 1.8 lbs, still well within my maintenance Zone of Acceptability, I’m home again and hopefully back on track today 🤞

Today..

D: Vietnamese chicken salad a la Nigella, maybe an apple with peanut butter, let’s see if I can just slot back into good eating habits 🤞

DH is about to go shopping and DS has requested Pringles and chocolate, so I will have to try and dodge those 😬

Am now back at my pre-holiday weight so 🤞 for no more losses on 5mg!!

Yesterday

wk 25 5mg (1st day of maintenance and travelling to a music festival by myself with four kids!)

B: Apple, Greek yog, muesli

S: service station cappuccino

L: Jason’s sourdough smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwich, 1/2 orange pepper, cherry tomatoes

D: 1/2 a smallish portion of chips with mayo, few bites of a tuna baguette - I then became too seasick to eat!!

S: Homemade roll with crunchy peanut butter

not the best day of eating but pleased with myself for not succumbing to snacks on the long drive and I went out last night and didn’t have any alcohol!

Too much suppression today, so I've been struggling to eat.
