Yesterday: wk 64, day 4, 5mg, dose 3 (maint)
B: boiled egg, menemen (Turkish scrambled eggs with peppers, tomatoes and spices), a small potato pastry, cucumber, tomatoes, rocket, cheese, bread
D: shrimp casserole, rice
S: honey roast peanuts, an apple
Usual supplements etc, green tea, 2 litres of water, a beer, v&t, glass of rose
Saturday: wk, 64, day 3
B: boiled egg, cucumber, tomatoes, rocket, bread, cheese, slice of melon, slice of toast and jam (run day!!)
L: chicken salad
D: creamy garlic prawns, rice, salad
Usual supplements etc, green tea, 3 litres of water, 3 beers at the beach (got 2 for free!), rose, v&t
Friday: wk 64, day 2
B: omelette, cheese and spinach pastry, cucumber, tomatoes, rocket, bread, cheese, a plum
L: Turkish manti (little meat filled dumplings in a yoghurt sauce)
D: shared starters - garlic prawns, garlic mushrooms, halloumi
Usual supplements etc, green tea, 3 litres of water, rose (too much!)
Phew! Home now and was up 4lbs this morning which is entirely bloody deserved! 😂
