Was distracted by holiday last week! 🤦🏼‍♀️ Will post what I can remember working backwards…
Yesterday: wk 64, day 4, 5mg, dose 3 (maint)
B: boiled egg, menemen (Turkish scrambled eggs with peppers, tomatoes and spices), a small potato pastry, cucumber, tomatoes, rocket, cheese, bread
D: shrimp casserole, rice
S: honey roast peanuts, an apple
Usual supplements etc, green tea, 2 litres of water, a beer, v&t, glass of rose

Saturday: wk, 64, day 3
B: boiled egg, cucumber, tomatoes, rocket, bread, cheese, slice of melon, slice of toast and jam (run day!!)
L: chicken salad
D: creamy garlic prawns, rice, salad
Usual supplements etc, green tea, 3 litres of water, 3 beers at the beach (got 2 for free!), rose, v&t

Friday: wk 64, day 2
B: omelette, cheese and spinach pastry, cucumber, tomatoes, rocket, bread, cheese, a plum
L: Turkish manti (little meat filled dumplings in a yoghurt sauce)
D: shared starters - garlic prawns, garlic mushrooms, halloumi
Usual supplements etc, green tea, 3 litres of water, rose (too much!)

Phew! Home now and was up 4lbs this morning which is entirely bloody deserved! 😂

Week 27 - 3.75mg - 45 lbs lost

B - black coffee

L - sourdough topped with avocado, cottage cheese and mixed seeds

D - chicken in a lemon and tarragon sauce, brown rice, green beans and peas

I've struggled today

Breakfast - protein shake
Lunch - I ended up making chocolate nests :(
Tea - chicken shish taouk with rice and fries

Snacks a jammy dodger.

Not a good day.

Weird day doing a uni drop off today. I also have Covid so not much of an appetite.

4pm: M+S egg and tomato sandwich, prawn cocktail crisps, flapjack

8pm: ham and cheese

D: Korean caramelised mince, rice, peas
S: handful of honey roast nuts, and apple, 2 squares of dark chocolate

Feeling rough today with covid, so oh my word I went for all the snacks. Toast with peanut butter, Lindor balls (“soothing” according to DH), raspberry sorbet, a chocolate hobnob, salted peanuts. Lunch was a ham salad sandwich from the local bakery. Dinner was coronation chicken and cauliflower salad. Multiple lemsips. A smoothie. Still feel like shit unfortunately! 🤦‍♀️
I think I will try a slightly healthier nutritional approach tomorrow 🫠

Had indigestion in the night and felt queasy all morning, so I didn't eat enough.

B: tiny bit of Huel

B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
L: cowboy caviar, an apple
D: Thai green chicken curry with a spoonful of rice (DS has eaten all the quinoa!), spinach, sugar snaps, baby sweetcorn
S: oat and honey bar, 5 salted caramel almonds (been rummaging through old snacks🤦🏼‍♀️)
Usual supplements, green tea, 3 litres of water

D: sort of stew thing of black rice, red cabbage, pak choi, walnuts, honey, tempeh. Square of dark choc, handful of raspberries

@UnimaginableWindBird I was the same at first and struggled to eat much at all but it soon settled down a bit.

B - black coffee

L - cheese and tomato sandwich plus a latte

D - lime marinated prawn tacos with shredded cabbage, onion, lettuce, carrot and chopped tomatoes. Plus a rum and diet coke. Flipping delicious!
