B: 2 sausage, 2 fried eggs, baked beans, slice of toast
L: cowboy caviar, an apple
D: garlic and chilli prawn and squid linguine with cherry tomatoes and spinach, an apple
S: an apple
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, Diet Coke, yogi tea

B: decaf black coffee

L: sourdough toast, goats cheese, smoked salmon. Protein yogurt with raspberries, strawberries, kiwi.

S: 2x Lindor balls, Parma ham

D: sausage casserole, mashed potato, cabbage. Plum crumble with cream. Not a slimmer’s dinner as a PP might say but delicious 😋

D: peppered smoked mackerel fillet, cowboy caviar, an apple

B...hotel buffet. Yogurt granola and fruit. Scrambled egg, mushrooms, beans and a hash brown.

L...cold cooked chicken, ham, boiled egg, packet of crisps.

D...pub tea. Gammon and veg (no chips etc)

S...bag of malteaaers

3 teas, 1 latte, 1 diet coke, again probably not enough water probably only a litre

L: (out for birthday celebration) starter of scallops, pork belly, black pudding and apple sauce. Main was ham, egg, chips, pineapple salsa, salad.

Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, glass of Prosecco, 2 g&ts, 3 vodka and orange

Yesterday - week 62, day 5, 5mg, dose 2 (maintenance)
B: boiled egg, tomato, cucumber, rocket, cheese, bread
L: bbq - chicken, kofte, spoonful of rice, spoonful of couscous, salad, meze
D: garlic prawns with mushrooms and peppers, balloon bread, swordfish shish (shared with friend), chips, salad
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, a beer, rather a lot of wine, vodka and orange, g&t

D: chicken on a skewer, sag aloo, rice. Square of dark choc

L: leftover chicken and sag aloo, couple of spoons of rice which made me extremely snoozy, protein yogurt with raspberries

S: apple with peanut butter

D: chilli, square of dark choc

Hopefully soon I will have lost the little bit I gained when I was away and will then go back to eating breakfast now and again. It feels to me like breakfast might be the difference between losing and maintaining, an easy way to stay on top of maintenance. Then again I will be reducing the dose I’m on in the next few weeks so anything could happen at that point.

B: boiled egg, cucumber, tomato, rocket, feta and spinach pastry, simit, sausage
L: spinach and feta gozleme
D: creamy garlic prawns, rice, salad
Usual supplements, green tea, 3 litres of water, a beer, 2 glasses of rose, a negroni

Yesterday: (recovering from a few awful days with diarrhoea after going up a dose)

B - 2 rich tea biscuits

L - toast

D - chicken curry and sultana rice (mild, no spice at all)

There’s something so lovely about a rich tea in those circumstances. Such dull biscuits really but I do like them.

Anyway..

B: decaf black coffee

L: red lentil dal with courgettes and prawns, protein yogurt with raspberries, strawberries and kiwi

S: handful of cashews

D: pasta (a rare treat) with a sausagey sauce, square of dark choc, small chunk of Red Leicester shared with the dog

I’ve already lost the weight I gained last week when I was away, currently just under where I was at the start of maintenance, hence the unnecessary cheese 🧀

Although losing 0.4 more lbs would make me 10 stone something which is quite tempting I must say. I wouldn’t mind having a day of thinking - bloody hell, I’m 10 stone something!

What a blowout! But a very lovely day and I enjoyed every mouthful. And only ate half of the hot dog, 🌭 popcorn 🍿 and ice cream 🍨 as I was able to stop. Unheard of previously!
