Week 63, day 3, 6mg, dose 2 (maintenance)
B: omelette, tomato, cucumber, rocket, cheese rolls, small spiced cake (was gingery and cinnamon I think)
L: shared an artichoke and asparagus pizza (was bizarrely without any sign of tomato or cheese!)
D: sea bass in a red fruit sauce with black rice
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, a beer, rose wine

B(runch): cheese and tomato toastie, not used to that lovely mix of fat and carbs, felt a bit off for a while after

D: Korean BBQ pulled pork with lettuce wraps, ginger and spring onion salad, rice and BBQ sauce. Protein yogurt with raspberries.

D: half a pastrami, cheese and pickle sandwich - couldn't eat the other half. And my kids' last rolo 😊

L: Red lentil dal with courgette and some added chicken. Square of dark chocolate

D: burrito with beef, rice, lettuce, tomato, avocado. Protein yogurt with kiwi and raspberries

I've been a hungry eating machine today. HATE the feeling of hunger, makes me miserable. I didn't jab yesterday as I'm having a week off after bad side effects so maybe it was mental but either way, felt like a bottomless pit, but resisted hitting the junk food when I went into Spar.

B - coffee, 3 prunes, 3 apricots

L - cottage cheese, protein bagel, corned beef, cherry toms

D - taco 'boats' with peppers and corn and cheese and creme fraiche

Snacks - a can of caramel latte (grim but had headache so wanted caffeine and sugar). Half a bag of Nobby's Nuts (realised I didn't want the calories so binned the rest. Raspberries and watermelon. 3 rich tea.

Week 26...I think? Starting to lose track now!

Brunch - bacon, mushroom, tomato, beans, fried egg and hash brown with a cup of tea. It was flipping lovely!

Dinner - French onion soup with some sourdough baguette

Thanks, you’re right it doesn’t look as bad written down but I felt like I was scoffing all day and I had to really draw on willpower yesterday. Which is ok but hard for me to do.

Yesterday - Week 63, day 5, 5mg, dose 2 (maintenance)
B: scrambled egg and Turkish sausage, tomatoes, cucumber, rocket, cheese, slice of bread, mouthful of seeded cake (Had to try it!), slice of toast and honey
L: half a cheese omelette with a few chips and salad
D: garlic king prawns, salad, half a jacket potato
S: an apple
Usual supplements, green tea, 4 litres of water, a beer, v&t, rose wine

I’m noticing I am eating more at breakfast if I have been for a run. Was hungry when I got back both yesterday and today. Maybe all in my head though 😂

I know what you mean and feel the same - some days are so difficult, I’m battling the urge to eat all day for whatever reason and it feels really disappointing that I’m not free of that. But I think it’s normal, there will always be difficult days like that and if you can get through it like you did, that’s actually a huge win. I think anyway! Anyone can do the easy days, the hard ones are where the battle for long-term health is really won and lost, and you are definitely winning 💪

Here's yesterday's...

Lost track of weeks, around week 25 I think.
35 pound down (half way to goal). 6.25mg

B.... protein yogurt pouch and a nectarine

L...was quite chilly and really wanted cosy food so had potato waffle with beans and cheese, and plenty of salt and pepper. Was amazing! Plus some grapes

D....chicken peanut noodles. Probably ate around half.
One bite of cake.

@gimmemounjaro @PearlsPearl I also have hungry days sometimes and I do eat more on those days, but I need to keep reminding myself that I'm still eating a hell of a lot less than if I didn't have MJ helping!

Breakfast - 1 Weetabix with SS milk. Half a protein shake.
Lunch - stir fried chicken with green beans, runner beans, onions, chia seeds, poppy seeds ags sesame seeds.
Tea - other half of the protein shake and a few Guillian chocolates.

L: chicken salad
D: sole with saffron and shrimp sauce, veg, 4 new potatoes
S: handful of mixed nuts
Usual supplements, green tea, 3 litres of water, beer, v&t, rose wine

Am actually looking forward to getting home at the end of the week and eating normally!!

Snacks - bag of wotsits and an ice brown sugar oat shake espresso. I actually went to Starbucks to get my yay-its-the-start-of-autumn PSL but couldn't face a hot drink when it was bright sunshine and I was sweaty hot!

It definitely feels like Autumn here....grey, colder and pouring with rain. I did at least give my new raincoat a trip out this morning on the school run. It's a size 10! I cannot believe it. My coats last winter were a size 16. I've just packed them all up for the charity shop.

D - will be beans on toast as I need to take DD1 to her club so need something quick for our tea.

I have a new coat too! A plum wool coat from Debenhams via Vinted, good as new and a steal at £15. Size 12, I can’t imagine my shoulders ever fitting a 10 in coats, never mind the rest of me (also in no way a size 10 😂)

Morning all!

Yesterday:

B - coffee, 3 prunes 3 apricots

L - mango and lime chicken (yum), cottage cheese, tomatoes, protein bagel

D - chicken fajita orzo with cheese. I didn't like the orzo but ate it out of laziness as couldn't be bothered to cook anything else!

Also had a pumpkin spice latte (it was rainy, cold and grey so felt like autumn!) and also an iced brown sugar oat shake espresso when I met a friend later in the day.

@gimmemounjaro. I'm pretty sure the coat is vanity sized because I'm definitely a size 12 rather than a 10 but I'll take it 🤣🤣.
