@IReallyNeedThisToWork like this but with a couple of spoonfuls of thai red curry paste mixed in with the coconut milk. There are loads of different versions doing the rounds on my socials at the minute but essentially you're just mixing up a sauce, adding frozen gyoza then cooking in the oven. I baked at 200c for 15 mins covered with foil then 15 mins uncovered. I would definitely recommend it!

B: sourdough toast with peanut butter, unusual to have breakfast but forgot dinner last night

L: leftover chicken and coconut curry

D: cod with a chorizo crust, ratatouille salad, edamame and radish salad, plus a bit of random sweetcorn that needed eating. Protein yogurt with a kiwi.

Yesterday I had;

B - coffee, full fat greek yogurt with blueberries and honey

L - cottage cheese (Longley farm OF COURSE), beetroot and sweet chilli chicken

D - Chinese! Pork rice and salt and pepper crispy beef with some spring rolls. Just wanna show there's still balance on mj, I ate about 1/4 of what I would have previously, but still greatly enjoyed my food and felt satisfied afterwards.

D: breast of lamb with a spicy anchovy rub, roasted cauliflower and aubergine, tomato salad

Way over calories for the day I expect, but celebrating starting maintenance. (Maintenance phase will be just the 1 day at this rate.)

@gimmemounjaro I am indeed and hmmm, not entirely successful so far! 😂

Have come down to 7.5 and am trying to eat more but still slowly losing. Am now 9lbs under my goal weight but not that upset as I’ve actually finally lost almost all of my belly fat! Can’t afford to lose more though as my ribs and breastbone (who knew I even had them?!? ) are becoming visible. Might give 5mg another whirl soon…

Ooh that’s something else to worry about @IReallyNeedThisToWork - I am so preoccupied with not putting all the weight back on again, I hadn’t thought about not being able to stop losing, that’s wild. My next injection will be 7.5mg and I’m hoping to get a fair bit lower to get rid of some side effects. If I can manage without any MJ at all, so much the better.

B...I was away for the weekend so breakfast was a pain au chocolate 😂

L....chicken and roasted vegetable flatbread, ate about half.

D... (Home) Spaghetti Bolognese. Ate about half.

Snacks: raspberries, mango, low cal jelly and far too much chocolate. Really struggling with food noise still. Starting 5mg on Thurs so hoping the bigger dose will help.

@Fatmumslim01 it’s a fast800 recipe. Salmon baked in coconut milk, coriander, garlic, ginger, chilli and garam masala. One of my absolute favourites! I shove it all in the airfryer😁

My dosage means it’s the 3rd dose of 7.5mg for the second time as I work my way down in maintenance. It’s the only way I could think of to remind myself’ 😂
