L - bbq chicken, beetroot, cherry toms (I grew them too!), laughing cow triangle

D - leek and chorizo pasta. This was yum but I regret the carb heavy meal. Wish I'd had half as much with salad instead.

@IReallyNeedThisToWork I have the same issue with our home grown tomatoes 🤣. Actually you've reminded me that I need to pick some more as they've probably ripened by now. I also need to pick some of the green beans I'm growing.

I slipped off the thread for a little while but want to get back into the habit of regularly posting for accountability.

Week 22 - 5mg - 38lbs lost

Yesterday:

B - black coffee

L - three slices of baguette with cheese spread, some crisps, olives and grapes.

D - salt and chilli mushrooms with yuzu dressing followed by a hazelnut yoghurt.

S - a gin and tonic and some cherries.

Today:

B - a latte

L - two ryvita topped with cottage cheese and beetroot kimchi (I'm preferring this at the moment to regular spicy cabbage kimchi.)

D - chilli con carne on a baked potato with a side salad.

🤣🤣 I probably should have led with the cherries as a snack. I do intermittent fasting so usually two meals a day and anything else I eat or drink with calories in my eating window tends to get lumped under "snacks." 😜

I am in the midst of a full-on life implosion unfortunately - health, marriage, finances, house, kids all in trouble. But not much I can do except take one day and disaster at a time, try to keep a small amount of focus on myself and up the water intake to counteract all the crying 🤦♀️

If I can get through the next few months without resorting to crisps, chocolate and cigarettes, I will feel pretty confident about a post MJ future 💪
