D: coconut and coriander salmon with broccoli and green beans, an apple
S: apple, pear, Trek salted caramel flapjack power bar, end of the packet of honey roast cashews
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water
Very snacky today 🤷‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Tea - snacky bits of mango, pineapple and strawberries. Some chocolate and M&Ms. Half a protein shake left over from yesterday.

L: red lentil dal with courgette and some chicken. Protein yogurt with raspberries, strawberries and kiwi.

S: salted peanuts

D: protein shake with raspberries, mango, pineapple, papaya, kiwi, apricot, ground flax, protein powder, soy milk. Square of dark chocolate.

Chicken and avocado salad.

Prawn kebabs and roast veg.

Will have a few grapes later.

@PearlsPearl I know you think you’ve snacked a lot but looking at that, you haven’t actually eaten too badly at all (and I have udon envy!!).

B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
D: chicken and ricotta meatballs with cannellini beans, spinach, broccoli and green beans
S: 2 apples, a pear, plums, 2 choc chip digestives!
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, matcha, 2 glasses of rose

@IReallyNeedThisToWork thank you, I think I've got into the snacking habit after not having any at all for the first 6 weeks or so, so I want to break it.

Do you find you feel ok on two meals a day? What time do you eat your dinner?

Today:

B - greek yogurt with strawberries

L - frittata with cottage cheese

D - sausage meatballs and pasta

Snacks: an apple, some strawberries, 3 prunes (if you know you know)

Drinks: two coffees, barely any water as usual, a sugar free ribena, and half a litre of protein water.

L: yet more red lentil dal with courgettes and some prawns. One portion to go now. Protein yogurt with raspberries and kiwi.

S: salted peanuts, handful of DS’s paprika crisps which were delicious

D: chicken souvlaki, coleslaw, tomato salad, tzatziki. Square of dark choc.

D - carrot and parsnip soup. Half a protein shake. Low cal jelly.

@PearlsPearl I know what you mean about the snacking. I sort of treat mine as a ‘lunch’ tbh as I’m not grazing but will pick at fruit and nuts etc in the middle of the day. Other than that, I am very happy on 2 meals a day. In fact, I don’t often actually want dinner but can eat when I sit down with a plate of something yummy. I eat because I know I should and because I need energy for the gym! Can be anytime from around 4 to 7 depending on what else I’m doing. I’m no longer dictated to by my stomach!

I have just moved down to 7.5 tonight as I am still losing and struggling to add more calories on 10mg. I am now 8lbs under my original goal😬

Week 57, day 7, 10mg, dose 6.2
B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
D: chicken stir fry with glass noodles, 2 plums
S: 2 plums

D: coronation chicken type salad with chicken, cauliflower, cabbage, spring onion, hard boiled egg, dressing. Square of dark chocolate.

6.25mg, 29 pound down

Brunch....half a slice of sourdough toast with half an avocado, feta and chilli flakes.

S...tea and cake. Are half the slice of cake and was satisfied with that

D....m and s chilli chicken ramen ready meal. Love this and only 300 calories

S...handful of Doritos and some sour cream dip.
