Honestly feel like I can barely eat in this weather and having finally gone up to 2.5 on Sunday.

Today I've had a coffee, an ice coffee, a banana, 1/2 pitta bread with houmous, and some Chinese flavoured chicken.

Week 17 day 3.
5mg, 23 pound down

B... Weetabix minis, mango yogurt

L....5 heck chicken sausages in the air fryer, some mushrooms, 1 potato cake

S... half a kinder Bueno bar

D... homemade turkey meatballs (3). A few spoons of pasta. Spinach rocket and cucumber nik and kix mango and ginger drink they are really nice with lots of ice.

S... magnum "sun lover" ice-cream

4 teas and about a million glasses of water

B: sourdough toast with goats cheese, smoked salmon and rocket
L: salami, salad, an apple
D: sweet chilli hot smoked salmon fillet, salad, apple
S: handful of salt and pepper cashews, nectarine
Usual supplements, 2 litres of water, green tea, yogi tea, CBD drink

Today: week 56, day 6
B: slice of sourdough with cream cheese pre spinning, 1 scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon post spinning😂
D: chicken breast stuffed with cream cheese and garlic, salad, 2 nectarines
S: handful of cashews, apple, Trek salted caramel protein bar (note to self- stop buying these!)
Usual supplements, tea water etc

B.... protein yogurt pouch

L...itsu gyoza dumplings, go ahead apple cereal bar. Packet of lentil crisps.

D...chicken and tomato pasta ready meal but only had a few spoons of it just didn't fancy it.

S...wispa bar with a cup of tea in the evening!

First week on 3.75mg
1 stone 1lb down

B - raspberries & blueberries with plain Greek yogurt and some honey on top

L - two boiled eggs & half a pack smoked salmon

D - chicken breast & Greek salad

S - two rice cakes, two iced skinny lattes, an apple

Getting bored of eating the same things every day! But don’t have much time to cook atm & trying to cut out carbs & only eat whole foods

L: egg fried rice - 2 x eggs, bit of left over rice, frozen peas - didn’t look like much so I added in an M&S pack of cooked prawns
S: nectarine
D: 2 x quorn sausage, few new potatoes, broccoli, peas and sweetcorn
S: multipack crunchie, bottle of beer

E: cycled about 10 miles

A hungry day and I wasn't at home so less control over food options although I tried to control portion sizes.

B - a latte, mini croissant and some watermelon, pineapple and kiwi

L - camembert and baguette, strawberries

D - slice of quiche, new potatoes and coleslaw and a gin and tonic

Today

B - black coffee

L - the joy of a service station meal deal 🤣 egg and cress sandwich, watermelon and a diet coke

D - spaghetti with tomatoes, garlic, chilli, olive oil and parmesan

L - half a tin of baked beans on a small slice of toast with marmite and a sprinkling of cheese
D - Roast chicken breast, green beans, broccoli and two small new potatoes

Not enough water - 2 pints, but also a few cups of herb tea
