W24, D6, 7.5mg

L - chicken salad
D - jacket potato with tuna mayo and red onion with salad

No snacks, a tonne of water, supplements, a can of Pepsi max and some sparkling flavoured water. A very salady day today, mainly due to the heatwave!

L: sushi, coleslaw, pickled beetroot, sauerkraut - what needed eating up basically. Then 2x kiwi and a protein yogurt

D: 2x sourdough toast, goats cheese, rocket à la @IReallyNeedThisToWork (and very nice it was too), smoked salmon. Just as nice for dinner as for breakfast. Followed by a couple of seedy crackers with cheese and a square of dark choc.

Here's yesterday's food

Week 14 day 4 I think
5mg, 23 pound down.

B...mango yogurt. Banana

L....itsu chicken dumplings. Satsuma.

S....frozen grapes @GameOfJones idea. I think I prefer regular grapes 😂

D....ready meal of chicken and tomato pasta. It serves 2 so pre MJ, DH and I would have half each, now on MJ he has 2/3 and I have 1/3.

Usual loads of water, 3 teas.

Yesterday’s food:

B - two boiled eggs
L - (Very bloody expensive!) salmon & tuna sashimi from Waitrose
S - two handfuls of pistachios, a kiwi and individual packet of sweet and salted popcorn
D - protein shake and some grapes

Drinks - 2 cups of tea with full fat milk & loads of sparking water

Week 18 - 5mg

Yesterday:

B - black coffee

L - oatcakes, chunk of brie, grapes

D - tuna sandwich, corn on the cob, beetroot and parsnip crisps

Today:

B - black coffee

L - teriyaki chicken salad and a glass of lemonade

D - Ploughmans

I have only eaten cold food for days and haven't wanted to cook but it looks like the weather has cooled down a bit now.

Week 54, day 7, 10mg, dose 3.2
B: sourdough toast with goats cheese, smoked salmon, rocket and black pepper👍 Thanks @gimmemounjaro it was yummy!!
D: Thai green chicken curry, peppers, green beans, spinach and quinoa
S: 2 apples, a flat peach, a nectarine, handful of salt and pepper cashews
Usual supplements, green tea, CBD drink, 2 litres of water
A big grazing day as had to wait ages for dinner due to other stuff going on and I couldn’t stop picking at fruit! Now feel really stuffed and rather crap!

B- full fat Greek yogurt with strawberries and blueberries, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
S- semi skimmed flat white coffee
L-big salad -baby leaves, cherry tomatoes, peppers, beetroot, edamame beans and feta cheese squares n balsamic vinegar.
S- banana
D- whole meal pasta with chopped toms, onions, leeks, peppers, mushrooms and courgettes and cheddar cheese sprinkled on top.
S- grapes and Greek yogurt
couple of instant coffees and 1L of water throughout the day

B: 2 sausages, fried egg, slice of bacon, slice of toast, baked beans
D: slice of buttered sourdough toast, 2 flat peaches
S: Rice Krispie square
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, Diet Coke, glass of Pimm’s.

Today - Week 55, day 2, 10mg, dose 4.2
B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon, sourdough toast
D: bbq pork ribs, corn on the cob, salad
S: an apple, handful of cashews
Usual supplements, 3 litres of water, CBD drink, 2 Pimm’s, yogi tea

I am now 5lbs under my initial goal weight and don’t want to go any lower so trying really hard to increase calories. Not so easy on 10mg. 4 weeks to go…

Today (so far) I’ve had;

Brekkie: 3 scrambled eggs and a small chunk of grated cheese.
Late lunch/early tea (around 4pm): Breaded haddock fillet, spinach salad with cottage cheese, tomatoes & cucumbers and some sprinkled feta.

2lt water with collagen powder, couple of black coffees and if I’m hungry later, I’ll have a protein shake. It’s day 2 of my jab and this is always my highest suppression day where I could easily not eat at all but I make sure to get some high protein food in anyway.

B: slice of sourdough, goats cheese, smoked salmon, rocket, black pepper and lemon juice
D: buffet - 2 vegetarian sausage rolls, sausage roll, prosciutto, salad, spoonful of potato salad, olive breadstick, slice of salted caramel tart
Usual supplements, green tea, yogi tea, 2 litres of water, far too much Prosecco!

Today- week 55, day 4, 10mg, dose 4.2
B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, slice of sourdough
D: quiche, salad, new potatoes, apple
S: apple, flat peach, handful of salt and pepper cashews
Usual supplements etc, glass of wine, 2 litres of water, CBD drink

L: butternut squash and chickpea curry. I chucked in some chopped up chicken. Square of dark choc.

D: fishfinger wrap with lettuce, tomato, avocado, pickled red onion, jalapeños, spicy mayo. A protein yogurt with a handful of raspberries.

I ate too much for lunch but reined it in quite well at dinner time. Comfortably full.

D: chicken curry with mushroom side dish and a bit of brown rice. Square of dark choc and a handful of peanuts.
