B - banana
L - bacon salad with coleslaw
D - Italian chicken breast, mashed sweet potato and roasted broccoli
S - 2 custard creams

Lots of water, supplements, sparkling flavoured water and a can of Pepsi max. Been feeling hungrier this week, think I might go up to 10mg for my next pen.

W3, D5, 1.25mg

B - coffee and banana (I'm a creature of habit. Can't believe how hungry I used to get in the mornings. Now, nothing.

L - Ham roll with lettuce and beetroot

D - Hot dog at the cinema (only ate half the bread), a mozzarella dipper and a spoonful of DW's ice cream.

Protein water as always, nothing else to drink because I'm terrible at drinking.

I should probably add my supplements to my daily lists, because I hate taking meds so I eat gummies.... I have 6 a day (fibre, multivits, immune booster, melatonin) so that's probably 100 calories on them too daily.

D: coconut and coriander salmon, long stem broc
S: a pear, handful of cherries, a dozen dry roasted peanuts
Usual supplements, green tea, 3 litres of water, CBD drink, 2 glasses of Prosecco

Week 7, day 2, 3.75, dose 1

Had a very rare night out last night so a bit worse the wear today and craving carbs/sugar.

brunch - small bacon roll
snack - two digestives
dinner - pork medallions, roast tomatoes, cabbage, sweet potato fries. Crème caramel.

L - chicken caesar salad

D - Went out for dinner so had 2 starters. Garlic prawns, and a goats cheese and beetroot salad.

Protein water, coffee with 3 sugars (it was a large and disgusting but grandma paid so I felt obligated to drink it), and a large iced brown sugar oat shaken espresso from Starbucks. My weekend treat. PLUS my usual 6 vitamin gummies.

Yesterday:

B - a latte

L - tomatoes and eggs on toast

D - BBQ at my brother's house so I had one sausage and one burger (no bun) with salad, new potatoes and coleslaw. Plus two gin and tonics.

B: scrambled egg, feta, smoked salmon (ran out of asparagus! 😫)
L: cowboy caviar, an apple
D: coconut and coriander salmon, long stem broc
S: small handful of cashews
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, CBD drink, yogi tea
Am absolutely stuffed!! This eating more calories to maintain is not easy on 10mg!! Have one more pen to get through before I drop down…

B - coffee. Forgot to eat my banana!

L - corned beef and Branson pickle on seeded bread, with some cherry tomatoes

D - butter chicken with salad and 1/2 a sourdough pitta

Snacks - a babybel, 3 Pringles and a small banana. I was hungry today! Plus protein water, a bit of squash (I'm trying so hard to drink but find it so hard) and my 6 gummies.

I had to google 'cowboy caviar'!

Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs with a smidge of butter
Lunch: 2 x ryvita with tuna mayonaise
Dinner: Chicken breast, tomatoes, prawns and a lovely chunky of goats cheese (my favourite)

2ltr of water with collagen powder and multi vit gummies

today I had avocado on protein thin toast for breakfast and then steak with pan fried asparagus with lemon and pepper and some garlic roasted broccoli.
I ate lunch early as had to have an anaesthetic at the dentist. Felt weird and wobbly all afternoon afterwards. Wasn’t much fun!

B: decaf black coffee with collagen

L: mixed grain salad with toms, cuc, spring onion, red and yellow pepper, radish, feta. With chicken breast, pickled beetroot and some turmeric sauerkraut. Then raspberries and kiwi with oat yogurt.

S: salted peanuts

D: leftover Vietnamese cabbage salad with shredded chicken. Couple of brazils, square of dark choc, 2x seed crackers with Red Leicester.

Usual supplements (except omega 3 as I’m waiting for a delivery!!), green tea, 3 litres of water, electrolytes (sweaty spin!), CBD drink, yogi tea

Haven't posted in a few days so here's yesterday's

Week 13 day 5
5mg, 21 pound down.

B...1 Weetabix, spoon of sugar on top and a few raisins.

L ...3 heck chicken sausages. Not the best lunch I was rushing!

D...m and s count on us chicken chow mein. Lovely and under 300 cals!

Usual 2L plus of water, 3 teas.

L - pineapple cottage cheese on sweet chilli crackers with cherry toms

D - Paprika chicken with salad and roasted sweet potato and carrots

Also had a mini milk, a protein water, and a coffee with a sugar in.

Are you drinking enough water? Fybogel needs you to drink plenty to make it work. Movicol is great for constipation, but also needs to be with lots of water.
