These are the pharmacies that I've seen so far with their website link to a maintenance policy or a statement offering/agreeing to long term maintenance. (Each patient can then have a chat with their clinician to tailor their prescription according to their individual needs). Others should hopefully add their policy to their website so people don't rely on people's emails or hearsay. These are the ones I could find for now:
Cloud pharmacy maintenance policy

Oushk maintenance policy

Curate Health maintenance policy

The Family Chemist maintenance policy - (Basically, they do support long term maintenance according to individual needs and with the guidance of a pharmacist/clinician).

The Independent Pharmacy maintenance policy

Oxford Online Pharmacy maintenance policy -
A part of of their statement is not something I think I believe or understand but it doesn't remove anything from taking MJ longterm.
"Mounjaro is used for weight loss and weight maintenance. It will not cause you to keep losing weight forever. After a while, your body will settle at a weight and stay around there, even if you are still using treatment".

Since I can't upload photos at the moment, I've added the parts from the link showing they support long term use, even if the wording is a bit misguided. I believe you can work out your own dose with them during a chat with the pharmacist.
"Do you have to stay on Mounjaro long term?
According to studies, Mounjaro is most effective if it is taken continuously for 12 months or longer.
After 12 months, you can also decide whether you will stop treatment or stay on a maintenance dose of Mounjaro such as 5mg, 10mg or 15mg.
You can also stop Mounjaro at any point in your treatment, this is completely up to you. If you stop treatment we advise that you continue to maintain a healthier lifestyle to prevent any unwanted weight gain.
You can speak to a member of our trained team if you have any questions about stopping or continuing your treatment with Mounjaro."
"When do I have to stop Mounjaro?
You have a lot of control over when you stop Mounjaro. In most cases, it will be your choice.
Mounjaro is used for weight loss and weight maintenance. It will not cause you to keep losing weight forever. After a while, your body will settle at a weight and stay around there, even if you are still using treatment.
You don’t have to stop Mounjaro at a certain weight or size. You can continue to use it long-term. If your BMI starts to get dangerously low, this can be a sign that Mounjaro is not working properly for you. We will review this together with you and may adjust your dose or treatment plan if needed."
They also support restarting after a break and you start gaining weight but no longer 'obese' but with condition that they've known you (and I assume you have proof of having been on MJ from obese to healthy weight. Also good to know there's no monthly fee for this).

"Can I restart Mounjaro after a long break and my BMI is no longer over 30?
Yes, it’s not impossible. We would assess this on a case by case basis as there are no official guidelines.
For example, if someone has lost a lot of weight using Mounjaro treatment and they start to put it on again after stopping, we might let them restart before getting back up to a BMI of 30 because it's clear the treatment works for them and we wouldn't want someone to get bigger just so they can restart, as that's not healthy.
However, we'd need to have "known" that patient for a long time, we wouldn't just take someone's word for it."
If I've missed any links or anyone has a link for another pharmacy with their maintenance policy, I'm happy to add them to this list.
