It's pretty stressful this shoddy inconsistent service isn't it. I'm thinking of moving to Oushk but I'm sure they'll start coming under pressure from demand at some point and standards will start slipping

Does anyone know of a discount code for Family Chemist?

I had my first order from MedExpress last week arrive just over 24 hours after ordering, with ice packs that were still frozen solid. Is this a new customer thing (to keep me coming back) or just entirely random and probably depends on who packs your order?

My first pen came super fast and hard frozen too.

My Juniper deliveries are always well packaged, with ice packs and wool insulation. They're expensive though, so you'd hope so!

Has anyone had an e mail like this from medexpress recently?
No way am I giving them all my medical details as everything was accurate when I applied.
I also don't blame the GP for not doing so.
I think this is because I've gone down a few doses to manage my side effects and they are not happy to support this.
Well byee medexpress I will go with another pharmacy that supports your personal journey rather that just wants to up your dose every 4 weeks and trouser the money!!

@Smokedsausagesupper No not see that before. On one hand though it's reassuring that as a provider they are being thorough.

About to order 7 5 mg but wanting cheapest but reliable supplier. Is there a way of finding out cost of pen and delivery please other than doing whole consultation. So far Curate is £169 less 10% but can't find cost of p&p. Ordered 5 mg from MedExpress but nobody has used my £40 off code. Any advice would be wonderful. Thanks in advance ☺️

Can anyone tell an idiot (me) how many doses (or part doses) have gone from this pen? The markers are confusing me.

That's what mine was like from cloud and my pen had been out for 4 days. They've sorted it for me though as I kicked up.

After another complaint MedExpress have said they are sending a replacement too.

@TryingAgainAgainAgain I would say it's done two, as the slightly longer line marker is the "after 2 doses" point. Did you do less than a full dose for one of the injections?

The guidance is into the BACK of the arm which is why it is more difficult to manage.
I have seen one influencer put her arm on a cushion on a chair arm so the bingo wing pushes out at the back and inject into that where others seem to lift arm so the elbow points upwards and inject the back from underneath

@QueenOfHiraeth - I do back of my arm regularly. I have the pen in my right hand and raise my left arm as if I was trying to scratch the top of my back. I then inject in the fatty area at the back of my arm. I don't find it particularly complicated and it seems to be pretty effective when it comes to the medication. I cannot tell you really if it is better than my stomach - but I tend to use the two interchangeably.

My…8th re-order came in the same exact way, so no, not for new customers. They have done something and their service has been stellar the last month or two!

Between me and my DH we’ve had three medexpress deliveries now and all have been processed and delivered (still frozen packaging) with 48 hours.

Saying that though if no one uses my discount code I will be changing providers the next pen to get a new customer discount with someone else. Just because of the cost.

@LucyBnotG many thanks. I have looked it up..very useful. Decided to use the Voy code on the discount threadand they offered me Orlistaat not Mounjaro! No option to order Mounjaro. Is it because my BMI is 29 7?

Can anyone explain to me how the Medexpress price match works, please? If they give you credit, does that mean you have to order the first time at full price, and then you get the credit off the next time? Thank you

I emailed them with a screenshot of a cheaper provider's price and asked for them to price match before I ordered. They credited my account then I used it on my order.

It does seem like I've just been unlucky with my last couple of orders as others seem to be having a much better experience.

@MelainesLaugh are you sharing it with people though? You need to keep at it and do it regularly and consistently. (Take it from someone who’s had 3 free pens already and credit for 3 more on my account)

@Plusmousse you send them a screenshot and they put credit in your account you can use towards your next order

Ah, that's good to know, thank you. I have sent them a screenshot of Care Pharmacy. I've used Medexpress once before but it was too expensive to continue. However, I am a bit worried about their packaging now!

Just to add, I really wish I could find a provider and stay with them. I've tried Zava, Medexpress and Care Pharmacy. I just want a reasonable price and reasonable service without all this changing and chasing!

Well I finally decided to make the jump to Oushk after taking about it for ages. I'm usually a loyal customer and hate jumping around for anything so stuck with Zava for my first three pens. However my pens never arrived cold and I hated having no idea when to order as there are only certain days I can be available to receive it.

Oushk have £25 off at present so I decided to go for it. It was about £10 more than Zava due me having loads of codes for Zava, and Oushk charging a lot for delivery.

However guess what, it was despatched last night and arrived at 9am today......with ice pack still frozen. That's a first for me! It always took 48 hrs with Zava.

I hope that my next pen will be for maintenance so that will be 15% off and free delivery with Oushk.
