Massive congratulations to any one who lost even a little bit over the past few weeks, and hello to any one who is new to the threads or is just taking the leap into starting their mounjaro journey.

If you are new I do recommend visiting the older threads for advice as there are some wonderful pointers and resources that will help you on your journey.

Please note: Mounjaro will only be be prescribed initially if your BMI is above 30. If you have additional health conditions you can get the medication with a BMI 27. (Prediabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or heart problems)

@WeKnowFrogsGoShaLaLaLaLa Well done on getting as far as you have. I know how you feel! I got to within 10Ibs of my goal about 6/7 weeks ago and then lost only 1Ibs over the next 5 weeks. However I have had a bit of a woosh and lost 5Ibs in 10 days so you will get there😁

@QueenOfHiraeth hi twin! Though I very much doubt you're older than me - I'm 65! Ww will get there by the scenic route.

So my cloud pharmacy issue continues. This is what they've just said about my complaint at receiving my order at room temperature. If they can't even read a complaint properly then I have very little faith.

"We are sorry to hear about your experience.

Our packaging is designed and approved by the manufacturer to maintain the correct ambient temperature of the medication for 48hours after which the pen lasts 30 days unrefrigerated when stored below 30 degrees Celsius.
A great way to visually identify this is to the check if the liquid is clear, then it is still good for use. Let us know how this arrives.

I have used a syringe for a bonus dose - it's really easy to draw the liquid out.
My syringe needles are quite a bit longer than the needles that come with the pen. I just went in 'sideways' to the fat on my tummy and it was fine. I'm due to do the same again next week as I'm at the end of my current pen.

Has anyone ordered from The slimming clinic? If so how long was it before approved/ posted? It’s so hard work knowing when to order to try and work out when someone will be in isn’t it!

Thank you to everyone who kept my spirits up over stalling. I'm still feeling ill but some of the bloat has gone down & the scales finally moved today! It's only 1lb but that takes me to 14 st 13 which I've been busting to see. Hoping the stall might be over but with a 2 day stop at a camp site with no cooking facilities (or any facilities) & needing to take allergy safe foods that can keep at van temperature I'm not sure what food will look like this week. Hoping chicken can see me through most of it.
Just relieved to see the scales move & be reassured that my body can indeed drop below 15 stone -I know it's silly but I was starting to think it had forgotten how to slim.

@MamaBearH well done for breaking the stall. Always feels great to get to the next stone bracket!

I think it annoyed me more that I needed 1lb. I came here to vent a few times & got lovely responses that definitely kept me going. I still have so much weight to lose but focusing on 1lb at a time.

Hello everyone. I wonder if anybody can advise me, please? How long after the last order can you make a new order without having to start again, if that makes sense?

I ordered my last pen (10mg) too early because I wanted it to arrive when I was off over summer, to ensure I'd be in. Now it's been 30 days so I suppose I need to reorder, but I haven't started the last one yet. So I don't know whether to reorder 10mg or go up to 12.5, because I don't know how I'll get on with it, if that makes sense? I'm stressing myself out thinking about it.

I last ordered from Care Pharmacy, but am thinking of going to Oushk if that makes any difference.

No it wasn't but I am not using it right away and they'd had it out of the fridge for 4 full days.

Does anyone know how to locate that section from Eli Lily about the time out of the fridge not being during delivery time? Thanks

@Plusmousse it is a tricky decision. But, do you have to order already? Could you leave it another couple of weeks till you're using your next 10mg pen and see how you are on it?

@AnnieMcFanny yes as previous poster said after 5 pens. So 40 pounds after 5 months of MJ.

@Lastchancefatty If you know how to look back at my recent post (I'm not tec savy) someone kindly sent that statement to me, and I quoted it to Zava who agreed to replace my pen.

Sorry for the confusion earlier, and thank you to the poster who clarified on my behalf.

I am aiming to be 80pounds down (currently 73pounds down). I started my journey on ozempic in March 2023 before moving to Mounjaro in June24, so compared to some, my entire journey has been slow, but not quite as slow as it is currently!

Took my first 7.5mg dose tonight and I think I'm already feeling the effects, more so than usual anyway, so fingers crossed!

I always do my weight in kilos, and just converted my 4 month loss into lbs and F*CK ME! It said 51.5 lbs down!!!! 😳 that sounds way more impressive! I am about…10 kg-ish away from healthy weight, and really feel optimistic that I may ring in the New Year at a healthy BMI for the first time in the last decade!!!
