Just do it. Honestly.

I had it in my fridge for weeks, umming and ahhhing. Worried about side effects. Worried about whether it's a bit extreme. Etc etc

Finally I took the plunge. And now onto week 4.

I've been on a diet my whole adult life.
I've always been a slow loser, chugging away at a pound a week, putting 3 back on if I have a weekend off, feeling hopeless and defeated.

I've lost 13lbs in three weeks and dropping my BMI from 35 to 33. I've felt well, and can't believe how liberating it feels to not be thinking about food all the time. Not popping for a little look in the fridge or cupboard every so often.

I've also stopped drinking coffee and wine as absolutely don't fancy it at all.

Have eaten no sweets, cake, crisps, junk at all in three week. No urge at all.

It's magical stuff.

I'm with Voy, they do counselling via WhatsApp which is nice if you're like me and not keen on talking to stranger on phone.

I started on Thursday… I’d ordered from my sunbed on holiday on Tuesday thinking it wouldn’t come till at least the weekend but it arrived the day I got back from my holidays and I started straight away. So glad I did. So far no side effects and feeling great! I ordered with med express and can’t believe how quickly it came!

I'd suggest very low fat foods and peppermint tea for this

It's different for everyone isn't it, and how we respond afterwards is much like any other weight loss technique- we are all predisposed to putting weight back on. Hopefully we will see some success across the group.

Honestly you couldn’t make this up. I have just opened the package and there isn’t any liquid in the pen nor can I find any needles. Are they hidden somewhere?! Help! I have emailed Voy. It took me ages to pluck up the courage to get it and then open it. Anyone else had this?

Can you post a photo??? No liquid sounds bizarre as does no needles!

That looks like a used pen 🥴🥴🥴 the plunger is down and it looks like it's been leaking from the end of the pen?

I've not had a brilliant experience with Voy anyway, but I'd be emailing and asking for a brand new pen or a refund to go elsewhere x

It can be yellow or clear - have you injected it or did it come with the plunger down like that?

The liquid can be so clear that you can't see it tbh. But that pen doesn't look quite right to me

Ok thanks. The pen looks like that now because of me fiddling with it! It just looks empty of liquid but appreciate that’s what they can look like. That’s £140 down the drain unless Voy can sort it out for me. Are the needles in a separate pack?

The liquid is usually clear in my experience. That pen looks as if one dose has been taken out of it. Have you fiddled that much?!?!?

With Voy, the needles are buried in the purple bag somewhere (as are the wipes!). I couldn't find them at first either!

In your photo, it looks like there is a needle in the bag top left.

I just had to double check my own as I went to inject as it looked empty, but it primed and there was medication in it, I've also noticed it went slightly yellow where I was holding it

Well it did. Whilst fiddling the plunger has moved. It must have gone up in the air or something. I know it’s not in me!

Having read this I've just ordered mounjaro through voy. How long do the checks take?

@FurForksSake mine took about 24 hours then I got an email confirming everything. It was a couple of months ago though so things could have changed 😁

God I'd love to be able to get some but my BMI is too low 😕

I’m back - the donkey who messed up the pen! I am pleased to report that I injected last Monday and I haven’t eaten very much at all (rubbish that is) nor do I want to. So far no side effects. I’m so pleased. I may be minus a dose at the end but I’ve heard posters mention a bonus dose?

Where do you inject? Do you have to set up the dosage and needle yourself?
Do you still need willpower to not eat? (I have none!)
