@LoveSandbanks bloody typical! Yes same I'm bringing mine forward to a Friday so it curbs the weekend hunger and if I feel rubbish at least I don't have work to deal with!

Struggling to get above 1000 today. I don't want to force myself to snack as that's counter intuitive imo to teaching myself to only eat when hungry.

L: salad of asda bbq lentils pouches (half) cottage cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber
S: greggs flat white and melon/grape pot, banana
T: steamed new potatoes, carrots, 2x asda veggie chilli bean patties(so nice!) Big squoosh salad cream
Mfp is telling me I still have a lot left over

Snacks: Banana, Protein drink

Still have 400 cals to "spend", not sure what I fancy yet!

For my 4th 2.5 dose, the pen stopped twisting so I had to abandon it and start on the 5 pen instead. Has a sticking pen happened to anyone else, and if so, did they complain?

B - 2 oz fat free greek yogurt; 3 tablespoons rubarb and apricot, 1/4 cup raw oats, 1 measure protein powder; 1 measure collagen powder.

L - 1 banana

D - 4 oz grilled salmon, 125 gm cherries, 5 lychees, 2 flat peaches

Usual supplements and masses of water. Used up almost 700 calories in exercise classes today and a friend asked if I had lost weight, as my face looked slimmer.

Week 5 Bonus Dose 4.6mg

B: scrambled eggs/asparagus/feta/smoked salmon
L: flat peach and clear whey protein drink (it was about 5pm and I was hungry but knew I had a bbq in the evening😬
D: bbq - beef kebab, 2 x chicken skewers, I caramelised onion sausage, spoonful of potato salad, massive green salad

Water, green tea, CBD drink, 0 alcohol Tanqueray & tonic x 2, collagen, electrolytes, lion's mane, biotin etc etc

I am on the 7th week of 5mg I may stay on it another 4 weeks as it’s working and I’m still struggling with nausea often
lost 22nd so far

B. Small piece of baguette with cheese and few cherry tomatoes
L. Olives, cucumber about a 1/3 of a pita brea and hummus
D. Chilli, a little rice and a few tortilla chips with sour cream and I had a chocolate mousse

snack a chocolate hobnob

Lunch: Tuna and tomato sandwich. Homemade small fairy cake.

Dinner: half skate wing, capers, creme fraiche sauce, broccoli, green beans and new potatoes.

Not an ideal day, had some truly awful news to process and we needed a quick tea. Truly could've been eating cardboard for all the notice I took of it.

sourdough with avocado and tomatoes fried in garlic and chilli, some cold chicken on the side

handful of peanuts

DH is cooking later but I don't think I'll manage a meal after all that, maybe some cheese or something.
