Week 3 on 2.5 - Lost 7.5lbs so far and belly fat is disappearing. Exercise at gym 4 days a week.
Breakfast:
2 x large coffee with 1 oz semi-skimmed milk
4oz plain fat free greek yoghurt
3 Tablespoons homemade stewed rhubarb and apricot with xylitol
1 measure protein powder
1 measure collagen
Lunch
1 banana (I wasn't hungry today, but it's usually a mixed salad with a protein)
Dinner:
Bowl of homemade chicken, cannellini, cabbage and carrot soup with 1 oz udon noodles
Throughout the day drank water plus a jug of homemade lemon and mint drink with sparkling water and one tablespoon organic honey
Supplements:
Vit B12, C, D3+K2, Magnesium, Zinc and 2 probiotic capsules. 1 sachet of Fybogel
Total is approx 850 calories but it's 1200 on the days when I play a ball sport.
Bought a Lidl ice cream maker for £12.99 You do have to freeze the bowl for 24 hrs, but I've used it to make matcha/almond milk ice cream and lemon and mint sorbet.
