I'm on week 2 of 5mg

Brunch - I had 3 scrambled eggs with nduja plus a smoothie of strawberries, blueberries and greek yogurt

Snack - some pistachio nuts

Dinner - some marinated chicken breasts and a little salad on the side

D: I forgot about lunch - the first time this has ever happened in my life! So didn't eat at all today until 1530. DH is doing a chilli for dinner and I will try to have a bit for protein purposes.

Breakfast: Baked Oats, Raspberries & Ginger Yogurt
Lunch: Homemade Lentil and roast carrot soup and fruit
Afternoon snack: Earl Grey tea and some malt loaf.
Dinner: Gnocchi Bake with roast peppers, tomatoes, fennel seed and mozzarella with a side salad and garlic bread and as it is Saturday I'm having some ice cream with more fresh fruit and perhaps some pistachios and a cordial with fizzy water later while watching a movie.

According to Noom my calorie budget for the day is 2190 (due to a gym session and 15000+ steps today) but all the above is about 1900 so a decent deficit of about 700 calories!

Can I ask you all whether you fancy food as much now? Do you feel hungry? Would you eat more if you weren't aware you were on a diet? Tbh it wouldn't bother me if I didn't eat much at all - eg if I have some toast, I'd be OK stopping after one bite. I have to be careful to eat something but then I do feel full so quickly.

I've been on 5 for two weeks now and haven't felt hungry at all. I didn't feel hungry on the 2.5, either, and wish I'd stayed on it.

Breakfast: Coffee, protein yogurt and two strawberries

Lunch: chicken breast with Cajun seasoning, broccoli and a slice of garlic bread

Dinner: Probably nothing to be honest because I just did my 4th 7.5 last night and appetite suppression is fierce!

Other: clear whey as part of the 2.5ltrs of water I've drank today.

Brunch: wasn't hungry so didn't eat till around 11.30! Mushroom and spinach omelette

Dinner: king prawns, cherry tomatoes and spinach (cooked in a little butter with paprika, chilli flakes and garlic) 👍

Green tea with collagen, Strawberry lemonade clear whey drink, about 3 litres of water so far and am half way through a CBD drink.

Tried Nozecco tonight but it was too sweet so most of it went down the drain!

@MounjaroUser I definitely had some hunger on 2.5. Not overwhelming (I usually get really nauseous when too hungry😩) but there was hunger on and off. I also had a fair bit of food noise in the final 2 weeks.

Third day of bonus very nearly 5 today and it's all gone. If I'd been busy, I would have forgotten to eat and have made a conscious effort to have 2 meals. I really only ate the prawns as they go out of date today and there wasn't room in the freezer for them😂

Week 3 on 2.5 - Lost 7.5lbs so far and belly fat is disappearing. Exercise at gym 4 days a week.

Breakfast:
2 x large coffee with 1 oz semi-skimmed milk
4oz plain fat free greek yoghurt
3 Tablespoons homemade stewed rhubarb and apricot with xylitol
1 measure protein powder
1 measure collagen

Lunch
1 banana (I wasn't hungry today, but it's usually a mixed salad with a protein)

Dinner:
Bowl of homemade chicken, cannellini, cabbage and carrot soup with 1 oz udon noodles

Throughout the day drank water plus a jug of homemade lemon and mint drink with sparkling water and one tablespoon organic honey

Supplements:
Vit B12, C, D3+K2, Magnesium, Zinc and 2 probiotic capsules. 1 sachet of Fybogel

Total is approx 850 calories but it's 1200 on the days when I play a ball sport.

Bought a Lidl ice cream maker for £12.99 You do have to freeze the bowl for 24 hrs, but I've used it to make matcha/almond milk ice cream and lemon and mint sorbet.

Saturday

L: half the amount of salad and pesto pasta I usually have
D: half a Morrisons creamy chicken and greens
Snack: electrolytes and a clear whey protein drink

I honestly really struggled to eat yesterday for the first time on this journey.

Previously I've had no hunger but could still eat three normal meals a day and get my calories in.

Yesterday after my half a salad I was absolutely stuffed. By 9pm I was still stuffed but had only had 350 calories so I forced myself to have the evening meal I had planned but could only eat half.

Will see what today brings. I'm in week 16 I think, second jab of 7.5

So I had approx 500 calories
