Saturday:

b: strawberry Protein in a shake with banana, berries, coconut milk and green powder
flat white
l: forgot to eat and ended up with a joe and the juice chocolate flex shake - unbelievably yummy but sooooo expensive
d: buffet at a party. Had two wraps, some ham, peppers, cherry toms, Brie and crackers. 2 pink g&t’s, 2 baby guiness shots😏tons of water

supplements as usual: electrolytes, d12 with k2 spray, magnesium, zinc, turmeric

B: Strawberries, Skyr, granola. Several cups of tea
L: Small slice oat bread, half avocado, couple of spoons bean salad, tiny piece smoked mackerel
T: Pork chop, beetroot, green beans/brocolli/peas mix. Sadly didn't manage much of it as the meat was a bit tough and it felt like it was sticking and not going down so have had a couple of scoops of yoghurt ice cream and clear whey protein

OOPS! Conveniently forgot a small slice of cake, freshly baked by a friend so it would have been rude to refuse it! It's hard to fit in my good intentions with real life...

Started well and then went downhill

B: protein yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, nutty granola
D: Dominos pizza

Clear protein drink

I was visiting a relative in hospital and they wanted food in and asked for Dominos so I joined them. Still within calories for day (just!), but it was surprisingly easy to eat 5 slices of pizza 🤦🏻‍♀️. Stomach a bit crampy now.

B: scrambled egg, asparagus, feta and smoked salmon
L: (about 6 hours later!) salmon fillet and salad
D: hummus, carrots, sugar snaps, olives, strawberries (picnic whilst watching outdoor Shakespeare 😁)

Usual vitamins etc, collagen, clear whey drink

@Callmejudith I would go for the Ninja creami if you want a serious piece of kit for regular family use.

I live alone and in the summer use my Ninja 3 in 1 to make frozen drinks using ice, so £12.99 to make a bowl of ice cream was a no brainer for me. Barista Almond milk is a good cream substitute for ice cream making.

Just back from 2 weeks holiday and I could have sworn I barely ate but I gained 2lbs. I’m not bothered by it but im definitely tracking now. I think im week 10 but struggling with side effects so only taking 3.75mg. Today was injection day. I’ll be injecting again on Friday to get the worst of the symptoms out of the way over the weekend

Anyway;

Greek yoghurt with tinned apricots, tinned prunes and tinned pears

baby spinach with 2 wrapped vine leaves, chickpeas and giant haricot beans in tomato sauce

Rice pasta with chilled section sauce, a few olives, tuna steak (yellow sticker) and prawns (also yellow sticker). I also intended to eat a nectarine but I couldn’t finish my dinner so I’ll probably not bother with that.

lots of cups of tea and over 2l of water

i I also ran (2 miles because my fitness is on the floor 🤣)

@LoveSandbanks bodies are bizarre huh?!? I am going away at the end of August and am a little worried about gaining (and that I'll be taking my first 7.5 there 😬)

B:the scrambled eggs/asparagus/feta and smoked salmon concoction again😁 It's my absolute fave at the moment!

What am finding fascinating is being able to wait for breakfast. I have always got really nauseous if I don't eat fairly soon after waking up whereas I am currently able to get up and walk the dogs and do stuff before I 'need' to eat. It's bloody brilliant!!!

Had a strawberry lemonade clear whey drink mid afternoon but more to get rid of that horrible taste than because I was hungry! Ate a handful of strawberries for the same reason🤦‍♀️

D: chicken breast stuffed with garlic and herb Philly with broccoli and peas.

Am rather loving my 'nearly 5mg' week!

I’m on 7.5 week 4 but only injected tonight so it’s been bad today as appetite was really back. Woke up starving. Also feeling a bit disheartened as have been really strict the past two weeks, coming in most days at 800 cals but I haven’t lost a thing.

2 eggs with a tablespoon of cottage cheese
a chicken sandwich
3 packets of low fat crisps ( 70 cal each but still very crap eating)
about 6 revels from a packet dh opened.
3 egg omelette with some ham, tomatoes and 30g of feta
5 strawberries and a handful of grapes
1400 cals ish

Rubbish day today.

S 5 almonds

Then it all went to pot as I was at a funeral and was emotional and not in the right head space for worrying about food. So had two glasses of white wine (which went straight to my head as I haven't been drinking) and a plate of beige buffet stuff.

I heard that you can take another, as long as they’re 4 days apart. I was suffering hugely with fatigue and felt it was affecting work so was intending to move injection days.

typically this week the fatigue seems lessoned 🤷‍♀️
