D: home made GF flatbread with garlic yogurt, crispy lamb and crudités. Roasted potato slices on the side.

Smoked trout in the scrambled eggs too.

B - grapes and a pear

L - 3 egg white omlet, 3 slices of deli chicken and 1/2 a tub of fat free cottage cheese.

D - marinated chicken and brown rice with chickpeas

Drinks lemon, ginger tea, green and jasmine tea, mint tea and hot chocolate

B - punnet of blackberries
L - nothing (I usually ‘fast’ on a Monday and Thursday by having less than 500 calories)
D - stir fry chicken and baby corn, pak Choi, spring onions, green peppers, green beans and ketjap Manis/soy sauce and some udon noodles

snacks - none

B - Protein overnight oats with chia, peanut butter and raspberries
Snack - coffee
Lunch - Broccoli soup, mixed bean salad, boiled egg. Melon, satsuma.
Snack - macadamia nuts
Dinner - roast chicken thighs with sweet potato and Mediterranean vegetables.

My new favourite drink is chucking a twining lemon and ginger tea bag in a water bottle (cold) and drinking that through the day.

Hungry today so resisted snacking but the feeling went away quite quickly. Not convinced the chia seeds were a good idea as gave me the runs after lunch (was too quick to be be my lunch).

Powering on through to my first weigh in on Saturday morning.

B: (cafe) 2 sausages, fried egg, baked beans, buttered seeded toast, ketchup
D: chicken stirfry inc pak choi, red and yellow peppers, spring onions, tamari , chili and a mountain of ginger and garlic 😋
Usual supplements etc, 2 litres of water, green tea, gut feel, clean greens, clear whey, Diet Coke, 0% g&t

No breakfast as I went back to bed and then to the gym.

L - picky lunch of an apple, mango kefir, grapes, 2 chocolates and low cal jelly.
D - gammon, 2 eggs and chips (not the best choices from a meal out but good to get some extra protein).

No snacks except a 40 cal hot choc.

B: 2 hard boiled eggs (needed something before a spinning class and knew a full breakfast would make me feel rough during it!!)
L: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon (was very hungry before!)
D: coconut and coriander salmon, long stem broc
Usual supplements, green tea, clear whey, gut feel, 3 litres of water, electrolytes, CBD drink

Have also taken a probiotic as have just started a course of antibiotics and steroids for a chest infection!

Urghhh I'm on a health kick tomorrow. This is the first day in the 10 weeks on mounjaro I've done this.

D - king prawns, big salad and my once a week bread roll
snack - Saturday evening treat, mini Cadbury chocolate bar and a small bag of sweet popcorn.

D: (will be) homemade veg curry (it's pretty healthy - veg, spices, a little coconut cream in it - and just gets served on its own in a bowl rather than needing rice or anything)
