B - 2 slices of toast
L - packet of crisps & Freddo (usually would have a sandwich as well but couldn’t face it today as yesterday was jab day)
D - chicken breast skewers with pasta and tenderstem broccoli
no snacks.

B: Shake: banana, espresso powder, raw cacao, peanut butter, protein powder.

D: lamb and pumpkin curry using leftover roast lamb. If I say so myself it was lush.

L - chicken salad wrap
D - salmon and sautéed peppers
Snacks - dairylea dunker and kitkat. Handful of pistachios

@Midlifecrisisxamillion yes I fast every three days or so for a day. Often, it’s because I’ve forgotten all day TO eat, just not hungry at all most of the time. Today I managed 1/2 tin tomato soup before I was full up.

What dose are you on if you don't mind me asking? Did you staircase the doses quite quickly or are you just super responsive to the WLJ? Asking out of curiosity because I get stomach ache if I don't eat. I would be able to fast all day.

B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
D: Thai red chicken curry with aubergine, peppers, spinach and quinoa
Slight change to supplements: Inessa multi vit, biotin, omega 3. Clear whey, green tea, gut feel, clean greens, 3 litres of water, glass of white wine

Yesterday:
Week 22, 6.6mg, dose 2, day 5
B: same as yesterday
D: curried chicken and lentil soup including a mountain of spinach!
Usual supplements, gut feel, clean greens, clear whey, green tea, 2 litres of water

@FlappingMadly Not sure about sugar levels, but I had the Equinox brand last night; Jarr, Remedy, and LA Brewing are also all good.

D - falafels with bulgur wheat and a big salad
snacks - 4 dried apricots and 5 dried prunes (to help the 💩situation!)

L - half jacket potato with lentil and veg ragu, mixed bean salad, boiled egg, slice of roast pork.
Snack - satsuma
D - chicken casserole with new potatoes and broccoli.

Calories 1250. Will have a snack later as we're eating really early this evening.

Feel like I've made good food choices today. Lots of veg and high protein foods. I didn't eat enough yesterday because I was overthinking it as a newbie, and struggled with energy during exercise.

@Lola3034 I am on second week of 7.5. I’ve found significant loss of appetite from the very first dose I had, and no side effects ever either. Re fasting - this is something I’ve been doing for a while anyway after my GP recommended Intermittent Fasting. It’s now easier of course as I have very little food noise.

Sweet and sour chicken and vegetables, with quinoa

L - battered fish fillet out of the freezer with some alpha bites 😂😂 had no time to prep anything decent so it was something to shove in the air fryer better work calls!
D - homemade Turkey chilli with a spoonful of rice
Snacks - dairylea dunker, kitkat.

Lunch: 2 egg, lardon, mushroom and red onion omelette with roasted red pepper, courgette and tomato on the side - I added feta, olives and capers to the hot pan. Yummy.

D: spaghetti bolognaise.

totting it up not sure I’ve even hit 900 calories today, which was a surprise.

Day 7 of week 1 2.5mg

B - protein yogurt and a small pink.lady apple

L - a bowl of homemade lentil and veg soup ( butternut squash, tomato, peppers, leek, sweed and lentils with ginger, garlic, turmeric, smoked hot paprika and chili) and 3 madjool dates

D - chicken casserole ( chicken, peppers, kale, cauliflower, courgettes) and a couple of air fryer roast potatoes

I had mint tea, green tea with jasmine, lemon and ginger tea, options hot chocolate and an electrolyte drink.

I feel like I'm still eating quite a bit hopefully that I can cut down!
