Thought it might be a nice idea for a thread to log our daily food plus current dose to help each other and newbies with ideas

Where do you buy ginger kefir from or do you make it yourself? I love kefir and love ginger so I'm intrigued.

I've been looking for some inspiration for meal ideas and while some posts are full of fantastic and nutricious ideas, some are truly shocking 😲. No surprise that people are loosing huge amounts of weight in extremely short space of time...
Surely that cannot be healthy?

Madickenxx · 18/11/2024 15:01

I'm surprised at how little some people eat and can't help but wonder whether some of the side effects experienced is due to not eating enough proper food rather than MJ itself. Yesterday (average day) I had

B: Porridge with greek yoghurt and blueberries
L: Mackerel on wholemeal toast, cherry tomatoes, apple
D: Sunday roast (chicken, veg, 3 roast pots, yorkshire and gravy)
S: Coffee, tea, hobnob

All came to around 1500 cals which is about standard for me.

Orangesandlemons77 · 18/11/2024 16:37

It's good that some people can eat plenty but even on a low dose I just can't manage a lot, have just had a protein shake today and will try a meal later. We're all different I guess

Totally get that and didn't intend to come across as judgmental (although I probably did). Just genuinely surprised that a lot of people struggle to eat to the degree that they have barely nothing all day. Makes me a little worried about going up the doses.

That's OK. About the doses- that seems really personal as well, I'm only on 2.5 / trying to do 5 and feeling a lot of appetite suppression, I notice others on e.g. 10 being able to eat pretty normally! We're really all different there as well.

Midlifecrisisxamillion · 18/11/2024 18:08

B - cereal
L - eggs on toast (2 eggs and 1 piece of toast)
