Monday and Tuesday- week 20 6.66mg dose 1 days 5&6
B: scrambled eggs, feta, smoked salmon, asparagus
Some leftover hummus and mini cucumbers
Clear whey protein, clean greens
2 Petite Beurre biscuits
Maybe 2 litres of water
D: chicken stirfry
CBD drink, 3 g&ts

A very blurry 48 or so hours mainly spent in hospital with my mother.

Lunch- wagamamas shus shiok chicken ate half.
Dinner- some mango and a yogurt.
Snack chocolate digestive x2

Lunch - cooked apple

Snacks - a row of chocolate, 40 cal hot chocolate.

I've moved into the fruit stage of MJ. Though I've always liked fruit & veg, I tend to eat more vegetables and leave the fruit alone. The threat of constipation got me eating more fruit, specifically 2 x kiwis a day, and now I'm fully back into fruit.

Breakfast- 2x kiwis, blueberries, Greek yoghurt, passion fruit , a few almonds

Lunch - chicken breast, beetroot & parsley, cherry tomatoes

Dinner - pomegranate, Greek yoghurt, almonds.

Not had a good day today. Hunger pangs since I've moved up to 5mg!

B - 2 poached eggs, 1 slice of toast
L - homemade tomato and basil soup
D - chicken mash carrots and gravy
Snacks - a kitkat, a nature valley oat bar, and a slice of pizza.

One good thing is that although I feel I've had a 'bad' day, it's not actually that bad.. portion size for dinner was small so I'm definitely under 2000 cals for the day. Probably need to stop giving myself such a hard time!

I am now off MJ due to an unexpected redundancy situation but I hope it's still ok for me to post on here for a bit longer to keep me accountable and so I can get over the hump of non MJ times.

I've lost 1 stone 1lb so far in 4 weeks which I'm really happy with.

B - porridge
L - Quorn mince made up with kidney beans, carrots, peas, red onion, garlic and chopped toms.
D - cooked apple

Snack - a few jelly beans and a few chocolate buttons.
