Week 19 5mg dose 15 day 7

Much better day after the horrors of yesterday!
B: scrambled egg, feta, smoked salmon, asparagus
D: mussels in white wine and cream, 2 slices toasted sourdough
S: 2 handfuls of cashews

Usual supplements, 3 litres or water, cbd drink, 0% g&t. Have also started Rheal 'gut feel' today!

I am following Glucose Goddess method so:
B: 2x Tablespoons of high protein greek yoghurt, handfull of blueberries, chia seeds.
L. Chicken bone broth with left over roast chicken.
S. 10g of dehydrated trumpet mushrooms.
D. Chilli roasted brocolli and salmon

I also have apple cider vinegar before eating, plenty of water and usual suppliments (cordyceps, magnesium, collegen)

I am really enjoying the Glucose Goddess method, the only struggle being not eating the usual fruit that I would and sticking with low GI fruit.

Breakfast / lunch- Huel black edition shared into 2
Dinner- a vegan ready meal with black beans and sweet potato rice

Week 2 of 5mg and really not very hungry today, struggled to manage this.
