Probably the first day I've actually felt relatively full. I'm 2.5 weeks in.

I'm not eating enough. I've had:

A chunk of bread crust
Some raw carrot
Some melon
Few prawns
A tiny salad of chickpeas, sweetcorn and tuna
Square of chocolate
Few tastes of ragu (I'm cooking it)

I wil be eating the ragu tonight with some pasta though. I'm only on day 3 and have good suppression so far, but I need to eat more. I'm getting weird 'guilt' feelings for eating when I'm not hungry!!

SUER hungry today with food noise making a reappearance! 😩 Not helped by feeling disconcerted by the clocks changing too!! It's still early and I might eat more!!! 😬🤦‍♀️

D: Mediterranean mozzarella chicken, long stem broccoli
S: 2 handfuls of cashews, slice of seeded sourdough with butter

Usual supplements, clear whey, clean greens, 3 litres of water, 2 glasses white wine

D: Salami, cheese/bread canape thing, olives, crisps.

Had a sudden and unexpected burst of overeating today, caused I think by a bit of stress, hoping I can get on top of that at some point.

B: decaf black coffee

L: butternut squash and lentil curry with added chicken, protein yogurt

S: peanuts, crackers and cheese, protein bar

D: v small portion of pork vindaloo with a spoonful of rice and a spoonful of sag aloo (still stuffed from the snacking)

Could have been worse - we didn't have anything too awful in the house and thinking about it, it never crossed my mind to go to the shop for junk. So that's a definite win.
Also I forgot to do my strength training 🤦‍♀️

Sunday (first full day)

B - 1 slice of wholemeal toast with beans
L - 1/2 pack vivera greek kebab, 1 lebanese flatbread, alpro greek yogurt with mint sauce (to make a dip), sriracha, lettuce, cucumber, red pepper, tomato, spring onion
S - Alpro blackberry yoghurt
D - African peanut stew with 3/4 cup of brown rice
S - Tesco Free From apricot fromage frais

Drinks: 2 tea with oat milk, 1 gingerbread latte (made with oatmilk and suger free syrup), 2 lemon and ginger tea, 2 bottles water, 1 Plenish ginger shot.

B12 and D3.

Horrendous day with food noise and cravings! 😩
B: scrambled egg, asparagus, feta, smoked salmon
L (sort of!): Gu chocolate cheesecake pot, 2 slices of toasted sourdough with rather a lot of butter!
D: roast chicken leg with skin!, cowboy caviar

Usual supplements, 2 litres of water

Snacks - 2 chocolates

Not the best day for fruit, veg or protein but money is tight.

L: leftover burrito fillings but no wraps left sadly. Still nice though. Then a plum and a passion fruit with Greek yogurt.

S: handful of peanuts

D: home-made protein shake with banana, berries, pineapple, mango, kiwi, ground flax, protein powder and milk. Square of dark choc for afters.
