B: scrambled egg, feta, smoked salmon, feta
D: (pub for DD's bday!!) calamari and courgette fritters, garlic aioli, liver and bacon with spinach (don't eat the mash or finish all the liver 😬), small slice of vanilla bday cake

Usual supplements, clear whey, clean greens, 2 litres of water, green tea, glass of prosecco, too much wine 😩
