B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
L: cowboy caviar
D: Parmesan crusted haddock, broccoli

Snack: 2 large handfuls of cashews

Been so 'head hungry' today😩 Yes, my stomach was rumbling on occasions but my mouth and brain wanted FOOD!!! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Usual supplements, clear whey, clean greens, 2 litres of water, 2 cbd drinks, 0% g&t

As yesterday really without the hunger. Who knows what MJ is up to! 😂

@lespameo ooohhh, I've been thinking about stuffed peppers for a couple of days now 😁 When I am out of my self-imposed, 'only allowed to eat out of the freezer' week, I shall buy some chicken mince me thinks'

@IReallyNeedThisToWork i had some cooked chicken breast in the fridge so I shredded it into the couscous. Then I made up a rich tomato garlic onion sauce and mixed that in and you know what, it was bloody beautiful! Normally when I wing it freestyle it turns out pants but I was really satisfied with that this eve!

Today I visited McDonalds with my family and ordered myself a crispy chicken salad. It was absolutely delicious and only 274 calories and 21g of protein all for £2.99.
I wouldn't hesitate to have another one and look forward to the next. I was really surprised at how much I enjoyed it, and the best bit was no part of me wanted a burger at all. So win win all round.

B: apple and raisin bircher muesli with chia seeds and a bit of almond butter, black coffee

L: (work lunch out) - grilled chicken, skinny fries, salad (couldn't finish all the fries)

S: handful of grapes, green tea

D: veg mince chilli, home made guacamole and salsa, grated cheese, a few wholegrain tortilla chips.

Was super hungry today at both lunch and dinner but got full way faster than I anticipated given how hungry I felt. It's a strange feeling being able to trust your body's sense of when it's had enough to eat!

Yesterday was my last day on week 3 of 5mg so weigh in day and my last 5mg injection today

L- scrambled eggs and avo on sourdough

D- jacket potato with homemade bolognese sauce packed with loads of veg, topped with some cream cheese

Today (day 1)

Breakfast - porridge
Lunch - Quorn mince, veg and pasta
Tea - kefir yoghurt and tomato soup
Snacks - 2 chocolates

I think about 1200 calories. Not enough veg/fruit but still healthier than normal as normally I'd have had shed loads of junk food and sweets.

B: (garden centre cafe) 2 sausages, 2 fried eggs, spoonful of ketchup
D: squid in spicy tomato sauce with courgettes and cavolo nero (may have overdone the chili 🥵)

Today (week 1 - day 3).

Breakfast - porridge
Lunch - Quorn pieces made with chopped tomatoes, sugar snap peas, carrots, onion, garlic and leaks.
Dinner - homemade veg soup.
Snacks - 3 x chocolates (this is very good for me).

More veg today which I'm pleased with. Definitely got my 5 a day in. Need to work on eating more fruit and a bit more protein but overall I'm pretty happy with my choices today. Approx 1200 calories.

Today. Week 1 - day 4. I felt full for the first time after tea.

No breakfast
Lunch - homemade veg soup and Quorn pieces made with pasata and several types of veg.
Tea - the rest of the Quorn and a protein shake.

Snacks 3 chocolates.

Approx 1200 calories.
