Back at this after being a bit rubbish

B: Flat white, omelette with veg, ham and cheese
L: Parma ham salad
D: Chicken breast, merchant gourmet grains, couple of roast potatoes

@IReallyNeedThisToWork The leek orzo was Gousto (only ate half of the original portion so cooked up the rest tonight); the skate was from the supermarket and I improvised on the lemon caper butter :)

Week 15 5mg dose 11 day 5

B: scrambled egg, asparagus, feta, smoked salmon, green tea with collagen
L: king prawns, cowboy caviar, strawberries
D: teriyaki chicken, pak choi, red peppers

Usual supplements, 4 litres of water (flushing out that hangover!), cbd drink. Stayed off the clean greens today as have a dodgy stomach from the wine😩

B porridge with seeds and one tsp honey
L Homemade chicken and lentil soup with root veg
D baked salmon, broccoli, brown rice
Snack - small bunch of grapes

2 L+ of water.
Tea
Slight nausea at times. Helped by drinking water.

B: decaf black coffee

L: chicken with a salad of black beans and mixed peppers, half a protein bar left in the fridge by DD before she left for uni

D: bream cooked on new potatoes, tomato and olives, square of dark choc

B - seeded protein bagel with cottage cheese and a fromage frais.

L - dairylea dunker, packet of crisps

D - pot noodle (couldn't be bothered cooking for 1... oops)

Snacks - a bite of a slice of pizza from the kids tea, 2 finger kitkat.

drank 4 pints of water and 1 x pepsi max. going to have another pint of water now before hitting the hay.

Deffo need to have more veg in my diet. I don't like fruit to eat but I do like smoothies so maybe I need to get onto that.

Portion of tru fru (don't google this. It will ruin you for life)

Why is my suppression highest at the end of the week?!? It just doesn't make sense!

B: baked eggs with spinach and cottage cheese, green tea with collagen
D: Waitrose peri peri rotisserie chicken, cowboy caviar

Usual supplements, clear whey, electrolytes (spinning class day!), clean greens, 3 litres of water, cbd drink, glass of white wine

B- 3 x home made egg muffins with cottage cheese, hi protein choose, spinach and mushrooms- first time I made them over weekend and they’re nice

L- yogurt with blueberries, chia seeds, strawberries, almonds ansd some protein powder

D - chicken breast air fried, spinach, chickpea and feta and a bit of salad

S - snaps crisps - found a pack in the petrol station and wanted it - not great nutritionally but within daily calories

only about a litre of water, 3 cups of tea, 1 green tea and a camomile tea

vitamins plus collagen in tea

Focussed on increasing my protein and water - need to work on water!!

T - Salmon and wholemeal rice
Snacks - 2x protein shakes, apple, banana

Lots and lots of water
1x caffeine free tea

B - Greek yougurt, mixed fruit, seeds
L - jacket potato with salad and tuna
D - oven roasted peppers stuffed with ragu, Parmesan and two tablespoons of wholemeal fusilli
Snack - black grapes

Drink - water 2l, tea, alcohol free G&T

B - half a bowl of porridge
L - minestrone soup (1 can)
D - chicken strips x4

Had terrible stomach pain/ bloating today and struggled to eat/ drink. It's passed now thank god. Had it on Saturday too. Might need some meds.
