B- 3 x home made egg muffins with cottage cheese, hi protein choose, spinach and mushrooms- first time I made them over weekend and they’re nice
L- yogurt with blueberries, chia seeds, strawberries, almonds ansd some protein powder
D - chicken breast air fried, spinach, chickpea and feta and a bit of salad
S - snaps crisps - found a pack in the petrol station and wanted it - not great nutritionally but within daily calories
only about a litre of water, 3 cups of tea, 1 green tea and a camomile tea
vitamins plus collagen in tea
Focussed on increasing my protein and water - need to work on water!!
