D: ginger chicken, sweet and sour aubergine, prawn dumpling

L- sourdough toast topped with cream cheese and a cherry tomato and avocado salsa. Hour later I had my first sweet treat in over a month - I had a custard tart

D- chicken and prawn egg fried rice

Lots of water and my supplements

B: scrambled eggs, asparagus, feta, smoked salmon, green tea with collagen
D: fast800 creamy chicken and beans (except it was turkey as that was what I had😁), salad

Usual supplements, 2 x CBD drinks, 3 litres of water, clean greens, 2 x 0% g&ts

L: M+S egg and tomato sandwich, packet of chiplets, dark choc

D: M+S prawns with chilli dip, veggie samosa

Day 4 of my first week on 5ml

B- protein granola with Greek yogurt, kiwi and apple and bramble compote

L- sourdough with baked eggs in a garlicky Tom sauce and a side of bacon medallions

D- I used some stale protein sourdough to bread a chicken breast and served it with a Caesar salad and avocado

Lots of water and daily supplements. I am getting into the habit of having a peppermint tea 30 mins after dinner and it has helped feel less bloated

D: salmon and butter beans with yoghurt dressing, long stem broccoli

Usual supplements (minus biotin as I have a blood test tomorrow and read that it can skew the results 🤷‍♀️), 3 litres of water, electrolytes (spinning! 🥵), creatine, clean greens, 2 glasses of white wine

Day 5 on my first 5ml injection. I've been starving today, maybe due to some early morning exercise.

B- protein coffee

L- protein granola, Greek yog, fruit and nut butter

D- steak with rocket salad, with lots of avocado, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls in pesto

Collagen in my morning coffee and usual supplements

Managed 127g of protein today

Bizarrely hungry whilst feeling full today! What the heck is that about? 🤷‍♀️

Usual supplements, 3 litres of water, 2 x cbd drinks, clean greens (forgot the creative and am still out of clear whey! 😩)

yesterday I said NO to pizza and fries!

stated focussed on hitting 100g protein

DH had a gorgeous smelling pizza and I didn’t have any at all even though it smelled great!

DD had a panini meal and offered me fries - I said no thanks. Although I did eat the last few bites of her panini as she couldn’t finish it

b - scrambled egg, feta, spinach, smoked salmon

l- 3 bites of DDs chicken panini, yogurt with blueberries and chia seeds and protein powder

d- smoked salmon, cottage cheese, green lentils

need to drink water and electrolytes - struggling massively for some reason!

Hi guys what Greek yogurt do you all eat?
full fat or low fat?

my coconut yogurt that I absolutely love is higher in carbs so not great for sugar levels

switching to Greek and low fat obviously is lowest fat, protein is about the same

any recommendations?

can I ask what clean greens you’re eating and drinking? And how do you drink sooooo much water? Are you not living in the loo? 😩

@MooFroo the most important thing re Greek Yoghurt is to get proper greek yoghurt not "Greek style" yoghurt.

Proper Greek yoghurt has protein around 9 gram per 100gm, whereas the greek STYLE yoghurt is around 2gm protein. So check those labels.

Last night I found some strained Yeo Valley kefir at Tesco that is 11gm protein - it is labelled "high protein kefir" - so I'll probably have that from now on as its excellent for gut health.

I always go for the full fat or 5% fat version.
