@RobinEllacotStrike oh that bread looks amazing. I'm on holiday at the moment but I've bookmarked the recipe for when I get home.

Today I had:
Rooibos tea
Coffee cortado
L - prawn salad
D - corn beef hash (one pot campervan food) with spring onions, green beans, shredded cabbage, sliced potato, corn beef.

Lots of water and a small glass of wine.

Week 13 5mg dose 9 day 6

L: (pub lunch!) cod, smoked salmon and caper fish cakes, poached egg, wilted spinach, hollandaise. Glass of white wine, pint of lime and soda
D: hot smoked sweet chilli salmon fillet, salad

Usual supplements, green tea with collagen, clear whey protein drink, clean greens, 2x 0% g&ts, >3 litres of water, electrolytes

It is a great "bread".

It would take me a while to get through a loaf. Ideally I'd freeze slices, but my tiny freezer is chokka with cat food.

I love it topped with fresh pesto & tomatoes.

D: chicken breast stuffed with garlic and herb Philly coated in sesame seeds, purple sprouting broccoli

Usual supplements, clear whey drink, > 2 litres of water, clean greens, 0% g&t

D: chicken stir fry

Hi all would love to join you and get my eating better - almost 7 weeks into MJ and not losing much weight as I’m not eating enough protein or tracking so getting onto it!

saw a few posts mentioning chia water - googled it but can’t get a feel for ratio of seeds to water?

Day 2 of my first week on 5ml. I feel a bit bloated, but that's about it.

B- Greek yog with protein granola and fruit compote

L- raspberry chia jam and nut butter on rye toast

D- ricotta and spinach dumplings in a creamy mushroom sauce

Not as much water as I should have, gonna try and increase my intake this evening

I have had one tiny duck croquette hours ago. And feel like I have eaten all the pies.

I think 7.5 is too strong for me.

trying to track using MFP free version but can’t see macros so have checked for each item and added up myself.

Must be an easier way or do we need paid MFP?
Please share how you are tracking?

Not the best day. I am going to make a big pan of soup tomorrow for when I can't be bothered.

Yes, all I have eaten and it’s due to suppression. I think 5mg is my sweet spot.

I started at the end of June.
