L: hot smoked salmon fillet, prawns, massive salad

D: (home from a comedy night late and realised I was a bit hungry and have a spinning class at 7am😩) handful of cashews. Clear whey drink

Usual supplements, cbd drink, >2 litres of water, pint of lime and soda in the pub

B: scrambled eggs, asparagus, feta, smoked salmon, green tea with collagen

L: baby cucumbers and cherry tomatoes ( was cleaning the fridge and they just looked so goooood! 😂)

D: coconut and coriander salmon, purple flowering broccoli

Usual supplements, > 3 litres of water, 2 x cbd drinks, clear whey protein pre-gym, handful of cashews as DS was eating them!

Probiotic no added sugar yoghurt

Tuna ceviche type thing with radish, cucumber and leftover wasabi

Handful of salt and black pepper cashews

Seafood mix with roast courgette and onion, scoop of leftover paella rice and Spanish beans.

Glass of red wine, few pints of water, 3 mugs of chai.

Yoga class and sea swim this morning.

B: 2 boiled eggs with cottage cheese
L: butter chicken, Greek yogurt (no rice ), slivered almonds
D: mushrooms with garlic, little bit of cream cheese, cottage cheese, small piece of sourdough

I've not had any kiwifruit yet but don't think that is going to happen .

L- busy at work so managed a Starbucks protein coffee with my collagen, apple and banana

D - steak with rocket and Parmesan salad, olive oil and balsamic dressing with a side of avocado and cherry toms

On holiday - 14th day and last day of my holiday...missed drinking alcohol but managed to avoid apart from 3 days last week - a couple of Bacardis and coke zero each of those days. Today was gorgeous and I drank 3 Aperol Spritz. Only things I ate were strawberry yoghurt, 2 slices toast, mashed avo and two eggs plus crisps with drinks. Felt a bit sick 😫 On the positive side 1 we went to our favourite music bar after the Aperols and I drank sparkling water 2 My partner has been really supportive but non judgemental 3 On week 3 day 5 and have really good appetite suppression. 4. I don't have any food cravings after the alcohol.
Lesson learnt - I need to work on associating good times with drinking alcohol but I am only human after all! Once home I am not going to drink alcohol until my next holiday - and then we will see! After 3 weeks I haven't got weighed which is great because I am normally obsessed with weighing...more than once a day. Any tips re avoiding scales between jabs would be most welcome 🙏

Been so busy today didn't eat much til dinner just now and just threw stuff together and accidentally made a delish meal.
