I was kind of recording to keep track as I have been brakes off this fortnight! I wanted to see what happened when I wasn't 'trying' if you know what I mean? It has been interesting😁
Week 12 5mg dose 8 day 1 (arm this time!)
B: tomatoes, cucumber, hard boiled egg, cheese, one slice of baguette (I say this but it's a small Turkish loaf ), simit. 2 mini cheese rolls (for those who have never experienced a sigara boregi, they are rolls of flakey pastry usually filled with goats cheese and parsley. You'd normally have 4 normal size ones as a starter with a meal)
D: Turkish balloon bread, garlic butter, black olives, king prawns with peppers, mushrooms and potatoes in a rich garlic sauce
Usual supplements, > 2 litres of water, bottle of lager at the beach, g&t by the pool this evening, 3 glasses of rose with dinner
Don't know if it's in my head, but suppression from an arm jab is strong!!!
