L - couscous salad, lettuce, a few olives, leftover prawns from yesterday's BBQ

S - home made protein ball

We also went to the pub after a dog walk, had a zero alcohol beer and a few of the crisps DH bought but wasn't that fussed about them (rare for me!)

D - beef goulash, slice of sourdough

Jut back from AI holiday and having to fend for myself again is a shock.

B - black coffee
Midday - greek yoghurt, 2 x kiwi, blueberries, passionfruit, 10 raw almonds
Mid arvo - leftover spicy tofu & courgette dish
Dinner - something quick & easy with eggs & veggies

B: tomatoes, cucumber, rocket, 2 x hard boiled eggs, cheese, small slice of baguette, 3 x small pieces of simit, a mouthful of weird dough thing which I didn't finish😁 2 mugs of green tea
L: BBQ on a boat - 2 x kofte, chicken breast, spoonful of rice, salad, meze

Usual supplements, about 2 litres of water, 4 x g&ts over the course of the afternoon/evening.

Was hungrier this morning so ate more for breakfast but am bloated and uncomfortable tonight and couldn't face dinner 🤷‍♀️

L: 3 egg omelette with ham, tomato and cheese, kiwi and raspberries with a dollop of Greek yogurt

S: all the snacks this afternoon - peanuts, square of dark choc, cheese and crackers, half a slice of DH's sourdough with butter and jam 🫠

Too full for dinner, unsurprisingly

Bfast - cottage cheese, kiwi, blueberries
Lunch - Roast cabbage, greek salad, carrot and beetroot
Dinner - DD is making lasagna, so a small portion of that and slad.

I've gone totally off white carbs since on MJ - no desire for them at all. Magic!

D: chicken with black-eyed beans, rice and butternut squash, handful of peanuts, square of dark choc. Plus a bit of yogurt with the beany rice because I went overboard with the hot sauce 🤦‍♀️

Trying to learn about feeling full as I've been dishing up portions which are too large and then finishing them. So aiming for 2/3 size of a normal portion and then check for fullness. Slightly worried about keeping up the calories now though 🫠

I do find it quite hard to tick all the boxes - enough calories but not too many, lots of protein, smaller portions, plenty of fruit and veg, not too many carbs, no crap.

B: tomatoes, cucumber, rocket, 2 x hard boiled eggs, cheese, small slice of baguette, simit, 2 mugs of green tea
L: chicken salad
D: meze, bread. creamy garlic prawns (oh my god they were amazing!!), spoonful of rice, few chips, peppers, mushrooms, salad

Usual supplements, >3 litres of water. bottle of lager with lunch, g&t by the pool this evening, 2 x glasses rose with dinner.

Almost looking forward to going home and staying off the booze!! 😂

@IReallyNeedThisToWork 😂was so hungry by the end of work (or thought I was) so had a little pack of jellybeans which I very much regretted when it came for dinner an hour later.

L 2 large bacardis and coke zero 1 babybel
Alpro strawberry yoghurt
D roast chicken with salad, 1 bottle of sparkling water
Better than day before where I didn't have enough protein

@IReallyNeedThisToWork been following your holiday journey. Really appreciate your honesty 🙏 I am on day 7 of my 14 week self catering holiday..we usually go all inclusive but that stresses me out! On week 2 of the journey. Been pretty good and some days i have managed to stick with water..today i have had 3 massive bacardis with coke zeros - basically I cracked 😫The strange bit is being on holiday without the focus and enjoyment of food and alcohol 🍸Hope you do OK when you get home 👍

S - Lidl protein Yoghurt

D - Very small bowl of homemade extra chunky veg Spaghetti bolognaise.

Lots of water. Had a sip of diet coke and tasted sickly sweet! 🤢
