B - protein shake

L - jacket pot w cheese and beans

D - sausage sandwich on brown bread

S - a cupcake, a packet of crisps and some pineapple sticks.

1500 calories. Not happy with what I ate but I'm learning to remove the guilt from that, it's early days and my body is going through a huge change

B protein yog, starbucks skinny flat white
L pea and mint soup, ham sandwich (1 slice bread)
T salad with chicken breast, boiled eggs, baby new potatoes, chilli sauce

Week 9 5mg (dose 6 day 2)

B: poached eggs and asparagus. Green tea and collagen powder
L: cowboy caviar and smoked salmon
D: chicken stir fry

Had a snack for the first time in ages! Wasn't hungry but hunting for taste for some reason - had a handful of cashews👍

Usual supplements, clear whey drink, loads of water

First day of 5mg yesterday and I struggled to eat enough today.

B: 2 eggs scrambled with a splash of milk
L: Homemade tomato soup with 2 slices of gluten free bread
D: Same as lunch
S: 20% Protein chocolate pudding.

Total 900kcal
Not a great day food wise, will re jig

Back on it today.
lunch- half a ham sandwich and a packet of low fat crisps ( 288 cal)
3pm- protein shake and a 2 finger Kit Kat (522cal)
tea- small slice of thin base pizza ( 99 cal)
2 slices of low carb cinnamon bread ( 220 cals)
Need to go shopping desperately. Not much in hence the crap food choices

B: poached eggs and asparagus. Green tea with collagen
L/D: friends and family over for a bbq. Teriyaki chicken skewer, 1 sausage, 1 rib, cowboy caviar, spoonful of potato salad.

3 litres of water. Clear whey protein drink.

I may also have drunk a bottle of wine over the course of the afternoon/evening. Have woken up with a speeding heart and horrendous stomach 😩

Yesterday
B. Coffee with skimmed milk
L. 1/2 packet Lidls quinoa with smoked mackerel, beetroot, lemon juice. (Random but fave things :😀)
D. 2 veggie sausages, butter bean mash and peas and fine beans.

Snacks - couple slices of edam

I really struggle with eating greens so need to make a concerted effort to include some!

s - Jaffa grenade bar (not nice)
d - Japanese takeaway. Spicy tuna roll, miso soup, salmon hand roll, couple of gzoya, prawn tempura

This morning I ate overnight oats with mango and blueberries
lunchtime I had a protein chocolate pudding and a banana then we went out to a petting farm.

at the petting farm I ate cake. Am now in bed with stomach ache and eggy burps laced with sugar 🤮 and the farts

not feeling my best 😳🙄

Very upset stomach this morning so:

B: Green tea with collagen. Clear whey protein drink
L: pub lunch, shared with DS - salt and pepper squid, halloumi, hummus and flat breads

Supplements- no psyllium or magnesium in an attempt not to upset my stomach any further!

Can't face anything else and my stomach is really not happy 😩

I've not posted for a few days as it wasn't worth sharing - had a bit of a rough time with nausea and total appetite suppression, but feeling much better now.

Yesterday, week 7 - dose 5mg

B - Tea with collagen, Danone protein yoghurt drink

L - M&S super nutty whole food salad, piri piri chicken breast

D - lemon & pepper basa fillet, homemade skin-on air-fried chips, mushy peas

Snacks - latte with collagen

Usual water / supplements / electrolytes

1232 calories / 114g protein

Day 2 of 5mg and it's killed my appetite completely. Yesterday I could only force down a can of Heinz soup.

Can anyone suggest easy to eat things when the dose has been upped and I have no appetite at all please? Nice easy things. Thanks very much.

Next week I'll go back to 2.5 I think
