Quite pleased with myself today - wfh and was going to make a protein shake for lunch but decided to make the effort to eat real food!

B - greek yog, protein granola, maple syrup, mixed seeds, cinnamon. Flat white

l - tuns, edamame, sweetcorn, seaweed crisp, sesame seeds, siracha mayo

d - chicken thighs marinated in Greek yog and spices, roast peppers, cous cous

B: Sausage, haggis, tomato, beans; prunes, melon , yoghurt
L: Vegetable soup, egg bites x 2
D: Miso rice noodle soup with chicken
S: Jellybeans, banana bread

Water, latte, ginger tea, orange juice, clear whey drink

1300 cal / 85g protein approx

Week 8 5mg (week 4 day 5)

B: red pepper and 3 cheese mini quiches. Green tea with collagen powder.
L: strawberry lemonade clear whey drink, flat peach (just wasn't hungry and kind of forgot!)
D: fast800 chicken fajitas in lettuce wraps

Usual supplements, 3 litres of water, no alcohol 'gin' & tonic x2

Dinner - going to have gammon with new potatoes & veg. Will see what I have left for tomorrow

l - chicken breast, boiled egg, salad, roast veg, cous cous, vitamin drink
d - chicken sandwich

Tesco meal deals are bloody good. I got a chicken sandwich, protein yog and protein shake for £3.40! Put the yog and shake in the fridge for tomorrow

Couldn't finish more than 1/3-1/4 of the meal!!! I'm shocked. Gone in the bin as it's the last thing I fancied for tomorrow 🤢

@Callmejudith ha! can you guess where work sent me...? Back home now so this is my last haggis-for-breakfast day (unless I can find some at Sainsburys)

B: Sausage, haggis, tomato, beans; prunes, yoghurt
L: vegetable soup, 1/4 roll, egg bites
D: chickpea, lentil and rice salad; protein pudding

Water, coffee x 2; cranberry-apple juice; peppermint tea; coconut refresher; Diet Coke; clear whey drink

90g protein / 1100 cal approx

Really struggled to eat today - got my liquids in but appetite really killed.

B: Apple muesli pot
L: Chicken wrap; mango
D: Piri piri chicken; roast vegetable with tofu; kefir + mayo
S: satsuma, banana

Iced coffee, electrolytes, water, clear whey drink

1350 cal + 100g protein approx

Week 1, day 2

Breakfast - a protein shake, tomorrow I will do the protein shake as milk in an iced coffee

Snack - apple, strawberries, peaches

Lunch - chicken wrap. Only finished half

Dinner - jacket potato w/ a little bit of butter, beans and cheese. Left about 1/3 of the potato and most of the beans

1250 ish cals, but it'll be less than that. Going to have a protein drink after my bath as I've only hit 67g of protein today

B - Strawberry Pro Milk, bagel thin with tuna and cottage cheese

L - Gym Kitchen Thai green curry (only managed half), mug of tea with collagen

D - Skinless chicken thigh with butter chicken seasoning, masala omelette (packed with veg), Arla hazelnut latte protein pudding

Snacks - Cheese & jalapeño protein pops, small fruit salad.

1455 calories / 135g protein

Despite coming in on kcal/protein, this is the first time I've had fatty, creamy food since I began, and even though I only had a small amount I am really feeling it 😑Lesson learned 😓

L: chicken breast and cowboy caviar
D: prosciutto and melon

Snacks - lots of fruit, some cheese and a protein shake.

Weird day today. First day not at work since I started the injections and it's quite strange because these days used to be full of snacks and overeating.

Dinner: pork loin, broccoli, roasted sweet potato.
